Iron Dispatch is operations management software that integrates fuel delivery, equipment rental tracking, and service operations into one system. The software addresses oilfield challenges where work outpaces paperwork, causing billing errors. Field crews and office staff use unified records to eliminate duplicate data entry and ensure accurate invoicing. The offline-first app captures fuel logs, service calls, hours, and photos, syncing when connectivity returns. This enables uninterrupted logging in remote areas. Dispatch features include live mapping for tracking and driver assignment. Rental management tracks equipment deployment, calculates rental days, and supports varied rate structures. Service tracking maintains machine histories and identifies repair patterns. Employee time tracking links hours to jobs, requiring manager approval. Invoices are generated from work records and integrate with QuickBooks Online. Flat-rate pricing supports unlimited users and multiple operations.
