Mobile app is not great. Access to technicians and support can be troublesome with many based in the UK. **What problems is Iris Star Practice Management solving and how is that benefiting you?** Making daily time entry easy for staff. Mobile app gives users on the go access, even if the app is a bit clunky. Better reporting capabilities (still trying to realize this).
