It has happened to me sporadically that it would freeze, but by restarting I managed to resolve it. The improvement would be to eliminate bugs like this that prevent you from updating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IRCCloud?

IRCCloud is just IRC with a friendly, easy-to-use interface that is accessible via the web from anywhere. It's extremely easy to use for clients who aren't used to this kind of thing, and they can access it from tablets, phone and desktop. It's lightweight in terms of management, which is always nice. What do you dislike about IRCCloud?

I'm not sure this is a real complaint, but the Team version lacks some of the more premium features of Slack, but then again, it's about half the price. For the price, I don't think one can complain. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IRCCloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

A persistent chat room is extremely useful because conversations are stored and are accessible in reverse chronological order. This means that when you step away for lunch, dinner, sleep or whatever, it's still there and the conversation keeps going. People can pop in and pop out and still get the benefit of instant chat. "It's a breeze"

What do you like best about IRCCloud?

I like the interface as it's user-friendly and I can access it from any browser. The mobile apps are good and allow for two hours of connectivity even if I am idle. Setting up for teams is quite a breeze and the cost is quite low. It is mostly text-based and that makes it a lot easier to use. Sharing files is easy as we can just put them up on the server and share the links. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IRCCloud?

The bells and whistles are annoying. Sometimes the mobile app logs out for no reason and you have to sign in again. There are the rare periods of downtime when you have some important work to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about IRCCloud?

I like IRCCloud because it connects to any available network, I can stay connected while I am away, keeping everything written on it. It is a cloud base, very nice to chat with the groups, keeping more internal communications. It has the ability to embed images, YouTube videos, etc. Inside the chat window. Files can be shared simply by dragging and dropping them into a channel. They will be hosted on IRCCloud servers. Maintains a backup copy that I can send by email. Available in Android and Apple stores. It is as good as the desktop client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about IRCCloud?

So far everything is very comfortable with this amazing tool I have nothing to dislike me Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When I started using IRCCloud I was able to easily communicate with my partners, friends and family since I have recommended it in such a way that they are using this wonderful tool, it offers very comfortable functions and can save conversations, even if we are not connected. IRCCloud is modern and has highly professional tools which allows us to always stay synchronized and notified wherever we are, it is excellent the best thing is that it has the ability to send images, videos, among other things.
