You should definitely try it out. **What do you dislike about Iray?** There aren't any downsides if you ask me, I was trying it and it was what I thought I should have gotten way back to help me complete my tasks way easily and comfortably. **What problems is Iray solving and how is that benefiting you?** It simplifies the use and creation of 3D Rendering and the performance is at par with the best renderers thanks to Nvidia. The material library does offer a range of shaders. The render settings based on the samples is also a great feature I use. Overall it's a nice to have renderer. **What do you dislike about Iray?** I must have a very high end gpu to use this renderer. I tried Iray for cinema4d, but most recently i heard its not supporting CInema 4D. That its been stopped. **What problems is Iray solving and how is that benefiting you?** With the right GPU, the interactive render is super to do many iterations in the 3D scene. The depth of field looks so good. The sampling was actually simple. I generally preferred Vray or other renderers, but IRay swept me away **What do you dislike about Iray?** Over the years, I have been acquainted with using Vray and the settings for it comes naturally. I also like it for the ease of use during the configuration of the scenes and because it refines the image gradually increasing the processing cycles until achieving the maximum level of detail. **What do you dislike about Iray?** I do not like NVIDIA Iray that can sometimes generate generic faults which do not point to an exact error situation, these errors can be caused by an incorrect system state. I also do not like that it is not so easy to download and only offer 90 days of trial. **Recommendations to others considering Iray:** I recommend using NVIDIA Iray because it is a program with which we can generate highly realistic images in an easy way when configuring the scenes as it refines the image as the cycles are produced until we get sharp images with a maximum level of detail. Their results reflect the behavior of beings and objects in the real world and designers do not need to be experts in computer graphics techniques to obtain excellent results and very realistic images. **What problems is Iray solving and how is that benefiting you?** The use of NVIDIA Iray is completely beneficial, since this application allows me to generate very realistic images in an easy and simple way so I do not have to be a professional in graphic techniques to obtain optimal and high quality results. ### 16.
