IQX OneList is a unified approvals and task-inbox platform that aggregates approval workflow tasks into a single, mobile-accessible view from multiple source systems: SAP, ServiceNow, Stratex Online, IQX CapEx Management, and custom workflow engines. Approvers can review and action tasks from web, mobile, Microsoft Teams, an Outlook add-in, email, or a browser extension, without switching between the underlying systems. OneList doesn't own or replace those workflows; each source system stays the system of record and workflow engine, while OneList syncs via a poll-based integration to keep the inbox current and route actions back for processing.
