IQVIA has a very user-friendly interface. It is extremely easy to build queries on IQVIA. It also provides us with detailed methodology document, so if a new user starts to use the platform and is unaware of the terms such as ATC level classifications, they can easily understand the same using the methodology document. If we add multiple levels while building a query on IQVIA, the sales data is only available for the top 20 peers which makes it less exhaustive, for this many times we have to remove the requisite levels in case we need an exhaustive dataset. Whenever I require drug/product/molecule sales for a particular company/ATC classification, I can build a query and simply download the data and use it for my further analysis. It recently launched CDAS, a clinical data analytics platform that is top-notch. The blogs and case studies help you better in research and gaining knowledge about the healthcare sector. IQVIA helps to gain a better insight into what drugs need to be used and helps those in getting faster FDA approval.
