As a result, it has significantly reduced the time I spend on sourcing. Moreover, the platform provides a much-needed boost when I need to fill a position quickly and don't have much time to spend on sourcing. It has also been helpful in calibrating candidates early on in the process. It is super easy to use and the turn around time of two days is super fast. **What do you dislike about HootRecruit (formerly IQRecruit)?** On my searches, it was close to the right candidate fit; I wonder, through a couple more filers, if it could have landed spot on. I think on my next search I will be able to provide better criteria. I think there is a learning curve with the tool for users.
