What do you like best about iQmetrix Interconnected Commerce?

The UI is perfect. Everything is exactly where I expect it to be. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iQmetrix Interconnected Commerce?

At times it can freeze up and cause issues for us. For example, if it freezes up during an inventory scan of the store, that can cause us to have a delayed opening. We can't open until our scans have been completed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iQmetrix Interconnected Commerce:

Make sure the computer you're using it on is relatively well-specced. Most of ours are limited with Intel Core i3s and only 4GB of RAM. The lack of RAM seems to cause the biggest performance hit on machines running RQ. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iQmetrix Interconnected Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

The only big issues I have are the ones I mentioned prior: freezing up. The big benefits have been ease of use and fairly easy troubleshooting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
