**What do you like best about IPzen?**

I like that IPzen can be accessed easily from anywhere. I travel often and it is very simple to get while on the road. This software does make everyday tasks much easier once you learn the software. It was much quicker to invoice clients. I also like the fact that clients had access to some information on specific matters.

**What do you dislike about IPzen?**

This software is not easy to learn.  It took a lot of time of trials to try and integrate each person, on every level, to this system.

**What problems is IPzen solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoicing, client matter tracking,
