No emails with sales people, no contract that locks you to pay them before they find you a customer. When the network is leased, you get invoices, payments and other info in the portal. **What do you dislike about IPXO?** The bank transfer fee of 25 USD is not nice. They take their 15% or whatever fee - they for sure can calculate bank fees inside this. I never know in advance when my addresses will be released back to me, so when they do get released I am always surprised. **What problems is IPXO solving and how is that benefiting you?** We have IPv4 addresses that we want to lease out to other companies. IPXO is our single point of contact and single contractor that manages everything around the lease process. ### 2. The platform makes it simple to lease and manage IP resources without unnecessary complexity. The dashboard is intuitive, the onboarding process was smooth, and everything was well-documented. I also appreciate the responsive customer support team who answered my questions quickly and helped me get things running without delays. Overall, it saves me a lot of time compared to dealing with manual IP management. **What do you dislike about IPXO?** The only drawback I’ve noticed is that reporting and analytics could be a bit more detailed. While the essential information is there, having more advanced metrics or customizable reports would be very useful for larger operations. Occasionally, the approval process for new resources can feel a little slow, but nothing that disrupts my work significantly. **What problems is IPXO solving and how is that benefiting you?** IPXO helps us easily access and lease IP resources without the need to purchase and manage them directly. This solves the challenge of IP scarcity while keeping costs under control. It was quite simple to use and almost as important they were incredibly nice and helpful during onboarding/initial inquiries **What do you dislike about IPXO?** Not entirely sure. Perhaps they could have made it a bit more clear initially on their website. **What problems is IPXO solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is both a platform/site where we can gain advantage/utilize in many different ways which is different from most of these solutions we have found. We have a bunch of networks and IPs that we have available for use that we didn't know what to do with (which we luckily do now due to IPXO), and we furthermore we can acquire anything we may not have available ourselves. Our company use IPXO for so long and we dont have any issues now. **What do you dislike about IPXO?** There is kind of hidden fees when purchase such as 4% gateway fee anywhere and well the RPKI creation fee is just like a setup fee for a new purchase. And IPXO parking IPs I can understand but I think thats a little bit effect the quolity of IPs. RPKI inlucded is a big plus for us. The inteface is ease to use and intuitive. The price doesn't really change and we can have subnets at "very low" price. When we have a issue with our subnet or anything else they can reply fast. The web platform is excellent and has a lot of flexibility. **What do you dislike about IPXO?** Lessees have no term commitment, so as a lessor you may initially get some churn in who is leasing your block.
