Absolutely NOTHING. They are a bunch of scammers! **What do you dislike about IPRoyal?** Everything... they make you pay extra (35%) for CLEAN, dedicated ISP static proxies, only to have them all come up as fraudulent a week later. Then when you request a refund or replacement, they either refuse or tell you to renew or extend first. Disgusting company and support. **What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** Nothing. IP quality scores from third-party databases can change over time based on how those platforms evaluate IPs. We don't control how third-party services calculate or update their scores. The IP Quality add-on means proxies are selected based on initial quality criteria, but scores from external databases may shift after delivery. We offer replacements within 24 hours of purchase at no cost. After this window, replacements require extending the existing order. Our refund policy applies to orders within the 24-hour window. The service looks appealing at first with its range of proxy options and pricing plans, but once you start using it, the problems become obvious. The proxies are unreliable, often showing incorrect locations or being flagged and blocked on most sites. If I had to mention anything positive, it would only be that the dashboard interface is simple to navigate, but that doesn’t make up for the fact that the proxies barely work and customer support is unresponsive when you try to get help. Overall, there’s really nothing I genuinely “like” about IPRoyal — the experience has been frustrating, time-consuming, and not worth the money. **What do you dislike about IPRoyal?** {"My experience with IPRoyal has been awful from start to finish. The proxies constantly fail — many of them simply don’t connect or stop working after a short time. Even worse, the IP locations are often completely wrong, showing up in random countries instead of the ones I actually paid for. This made the service totally useless for my intended purposes. A lot of the proxies I received were also not clean — clearly reused or blacklisted, leading to instant bans and CAPTCHAs on most websites. It’s obvious they recycle old, abused IPs instead of providing fresh or reliable ones. Trying to get help from their customer support was a complete waste of time. They either ignore messages entirely or give canned responses that don’t solve anything. When I asked for replacements or refunds for non-working proxies, they flat-out refused. It feels like they just don’t care once they’ve taken your money. Overall, IPRoyal is unreliable, unprofessional, and dishonest. Their proxies don’t work, their IPs are dirty, and their support is one of the worst I’ve ever dealt with. Instead of helping me access content or perform legitimate testing, I end up wasting time troubleshooting broken connections. The supposed “benefit” of having a proxy network is completely lost when the service is this unreliable. The constant issues and poor customer support have made the experience frustrating rather than beneficial. ### 4. The support refuses to help unless you pay an additional 30% surcharge on top of prices that are already high compared to the market. Even after paying this extra 30%, you're often denied replacements for proxies that stop working shortly after purchase. If a proxy worked during the first 24 hours but fails afterward, you're stuck with non-functional proxies and no resolution despite having paid the surcharge. Bad customer support and poor quality proxies. Lack of effort to fix problems. So i never extended or renewed proxy after one month. Your policies are extremely disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend your service to anyone—even in the worst-case scenario. The support team has been unhelpful, and the refusal to issue refunds—even within just 1–2 days of purchase—makes this an unnecessarily frustrating experience. None of the services work on our end, all proxies are blocked, and even the replaced IPs fail to solve the issue. Overall, this has been a terrible experience and a complete waste of money. There is absolutely no service, the managers are ignorant, arrogant and impudent. There is no refund policy (Scam). **What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** They did absolutely nothing to help me fix my problem. Access to the request has been blocked. The promise seemed to be a good. **What do you dislike about IPRoyal?** Everything, I used the mobile proxy, so already the self serve operation is wrong. I paid and a support employee has to manually connect your proxy... It took me 1 day. Then I'm surprised to see that their mobile proxies are so slow they're unusable (it's not 4G, they say it's 3G but I'm not even sure I believe them). I couldn't even do a speed test because I had no connection. I contacted their support but they wouldn't give me a refund, even though their refund policy says: "We offer a 24-hour window in which you can request a replacement or a refund. This offer is only valid if the proxies aren't working as expected or you're experiencing issues you can't solve with the help of our support team." but it's totally false. In short, I've just wasted $130 and a lot of time. **What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** I wanted to give a mobile proxy for my freelancers that works on our social networks ### 9. Very bad products that do not work and very bad customer service. **What do you dislike about IPRoyal?** They make you repeat yourself over and over. They use Zendesk and refuse to review previous chats. They do not give a refund even tho their products do not work. I had a terrible experience with them. These do not work. I purchased proxies less than 24 hours ago. They have not worked at all. I reached out 20 mins after my purchase and have done everything they recommended including switching to a nonrefundable Royal Residential Plan. They did not warn me that it is nonrefundable before recommending this to me. And it still doesn't work. I have wasted so much time doing what they tell me and also repeating myself over and over. Sending the same screenshots over and over. They will refuse to escalate anything to a supervisor and won't look at previous messages. Just a waste of time and money. I am so annoyed and will make sure to leave a bad review warning everywhere possible. Like wow. They refused me a supervisor. Their product doesn't work and refuse a refund. They told me I can use it for something else but I explained I have no other use for a proxy at all. They don't care and would rather sell fraudulent products. **What problems is IPRoyal solving and how is that benefiting you?** They solved none of my problems with their products. I tried 2 because they recommended I switched after the first didn't work. The second didn't work so I asked for a refund. I really tried to make it work but it just didn't. I don't think it was unreasonable to request a refund within 24 hours of purchase only after it did not work properly. I have sent screenshots to prove it and chatted with several people. Just a huge waste of time and energy. I am supposed annoyed and disappointed this company doesn't know how to treat people better. ### 10.
