I appreciate how the records are easy to locate. I have worked with others where there were always technical problems. **What do you dislike about iPro?** I can only say when I first got started working with it, I thought it would not be straightforward. Once I got the hang of it, it became less complicated. There is not much I can say is bad. Also, production facility is very smooth and easy. It's faster and easy to navigate for new users as well. UI is very simple. **What do you dislike about iPro?** Size of documents are limited and if you want to upload large data set, you have to pay more. Also, it does not support mobile platforms like Android or any other known mobile OS. **Recommendations to others considering iPro:** It's very nice tool to use and UI is very easy for new learning or fresher to the industry. I recommend to use it. **What problems is iPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** It's a web based product so easy to access from anywhere. It's UI is simple and it's being used by freelancer to experts. Also, it's helpful for small to large scale dataset. ### 6. Custom and system tags and flags to identify or tag a document **What do you dislike about iPro?** Outdated view, and tedious licensing and software compliance. Unable to use custom suffix numbering and can't use special characters in bates numbering. Inability to add branding at the center footer/header. **What problems is iPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** IPro has great imaging and OCR capabilities. During Imaging I can select how to image a document and also change a source app to image certain documents. Bulk tagging process. Saving export sets. ### 8. The key features of this tool are amazing! You never run out of methods or options while using it. **What do you dislike about iPro?** One thing is that when we have to add the custom content to utilize it, we have to use the SQL to add any additional info or fields value. Also, can't do suffix numbering tasks using IPRO. **Recommendations to others considering iPro:** IPRO is the most useful tool, I recommend using it for daily processing Tasks **What problems is iPro solving and how is that benefiting you?** We provide service to our clients, we process data using IPRO and other tools as well, however, we always give first priority to IPRO. ### 9.
