It helps owners and managers keep food and beverage costs under control by tracking what they pay their suppliers, product by product, invoice after invoice. How it works In Italy every B2B purchase generates an XML electronic invoice through the SdI (Sistema di Interscambio). Users download their purchase invoices from their Cassetto Fiscale (the online area of the Italian Revenue Agency) and upload them to iPricer. The platform reads every line item and builds a complete price history for each product and supplier: the more invoices you upload, the clearer the picture becomes. Monthly price variation report Every month iPricer sends an email report with the most significant price changes compared with the previous month. From the dashboard you can then analyze increases and decreases against the previous month or earlier periods, product by product and supplier by supplier. Compare suppliers and protect your margins See how much each product costs from different suppliers, spot gradual price increases and use real data when negotiating with vendors. Price variation analysis and Excel/CSV exports help owners, chefs and purchasing managers make better buying decisions and protect their food-cost margin. Supplier orders Build orders by choosing from the products you actually buy, recognized from your invoices. Prices are pre-filled with the last price that supplier charged you, so you see the expected cost while ordering, not after delivery. Send the order by email directly from iPricer or share it with a link: suppliers do not need an iPricer account. Every order is saved, so when the invoice arrives you can immediately compare what you ordered with what you were billed. On selected plans you can also dictate orders by voice: iPricer prepares a draft that you review and send. AI Search and AI Compare Ask iPricer's AI anything about your purchases, on the web or in the mobile app. It answers in natural, conversational language based on your own invoice data, with real numbers and charts on prices, suppliers and spending. AI Compare helps you compare supplier quotes.
