IPQS is technically a far better solution than anything else I've tried. I compared its results to other providers in a data-driven way and found that it's just a lot better at predicting what emails will be delivered vs bounced. I don't know how they do it, but it involves a lot more than just pinging an email server and play back the response. I'm also happy with their customer service. I use ipqualityscore for email validation and to check ip reputation of my business.
