I like IPPBX for its flexibility and remote work capabilities. It integrates voice with instant messaging, video conferencing, and email, promoting collaboration for remote teams. The ability for employees to use softphone apps or smartphones, laptops, or tablets to make and receive calls is great. Whether it's on-cloud or on-premises, organizations have the choice between control or scalability and low maintenance. I enjoy the significant cost savings IPPBX provides by leveraging VoIP and SIP trunking, drastically reducing communication expenses, especially for long-distance and international calls. I also appreciate that it eliminates the need for expensive, separate phone wiring because voice and data can run over the same network. The initial setup compares favorably to traditional analog or proprietary PBX systems, often described as user-friendly and achievable within minutes for basic configurations. I also like the plug-and-play functionality, modern IPPBX systems allow devices to connect and be recognized automatically, allowing for quick deployment while leveraging existing infrastructure since IPPBX runs on standard IT networks, removing the need for separate and costly phone wiring. The most thing i like about IP PBX is That it is a very affordable and basic mandatory thing for any organization who's operation department is making a high number of calls. also, it connects the different department under the one roof and improves communication. WHAT TO DISLIKE!, I would say that the new updated technology is a bit advance as nowadays people are migrating on cloud, and also this tech is for moderate employees size, You should have a support staff dedicated to looking after that managing all the IPs and extraction. About IP PBX problem solving I would say that with this any organization can grow faster as it provides all the benefits needed to grow that too at a lower price. If I need to find someplace to do everything, it will definitely IPPBX!
