What do you like best about iPlum?

iPlum has been an absolute gem for my business! I love how easy it is to separate work from personal life—calls and texts during business hours? No problem. After hours? Straight to voicemail like magic. The interface is clean, the features are thoughtful, and the reliability is top-tier. It's like having a professional assistant in my pocket! What do you dislike about iPlum?

If I had to gently whisper one wish into the suggestion box, it would be for a little more customization around voicemail greetings or auto-replies. Nothing major—just a sprinkle of extra flexibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iPlum solving and how is that benefiting you?

iPlum is solving a huge pain point for professionals and business owners: managing work communication without sacrificing personal time or professionalism. Before iPlum, I was constantly juggling calls and texts from clients at all hours, blurring the lines between work and life. It was chaotic and exhausting.

Now, with iPlum, I can set clear business hours so clients reach me when I’m available—and get routed to voicemail when I’m not. This not only helps me maintain better boundaries and avoid burnout, but it also provides a polished, consistent experience for my clients. The app makes it easy to stay responsive during the day and unplug after hours without missing anything important.

What do you like best about iPlum?

What do you like best about iPlum?

I like that there is a secondary passcode to enter the app and that you can keep client contact information separate from everyday contacts and keep a separate phonebook. It feels more secure than the previous HIPAA compliant phone app I was using! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
