Bank feeds don’t work properly – a critical function that has been unreliable. Support is very slow – long response and resolution times when raising issues. Poor feedback handling – feedback isn’t actioned quickly or effectively. **What problems is iplicit solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main problem iplicit is solving is that we no longer have to do our bookkeeping manually on Excel, which reduces duplication, improves accuracy, and keeps records more centralised and consistent. **Official Response from Nicky Cox:** > I'm sorry to hear that your experience with iplicit has been disappointing. This clearly hasn't met the standard we aim for and pride ourselves on and I appreciate you taking the time to share such honest feedback. First, I want to acknowledge your point around expectations. It's never our intention to oversell what we can deliver and I'm genuinely sorry there's been a gap between what was promised and what you've experienced. I'd really welcome the opportunity to understand more about where we fell short - both so we can learn from it and see how we can put things right for you. On bank feeds - you're right that this has been a pain point. We had some issues a couple of months ago with our provider that affected reliability, though things have improved significantly since then. We're also rolling out new and improved feeds soon that should make a real difference. I'm happy to keep you updated on progress. Regarding support, I completely understand your frustration. Our response times haven't always been where we want them to be and that's something we've taken very seriously. We've made some recent changes to improve speed, resolution times, and how we follow up on feedback and we're already seeing improvements. But there's still more work to do. Most importantly, I'd really value the chance to speak with you directly.
