IpCall is an omnichannel CRM from Argentina that brings WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook Messenger, email and website chat into a single shared inbox, together with a cloud phone system (IVR, call queues and recordings). AI agents answer customers 24/7 on WhatsApp and web chat, qualify leads and hand the conversation to a person when needed. It also includes ticketing with SLAs, appointment scheduling with automatic reminders, debt collection with payment agreements, campaigns and reports. Built for SMBs in Latin America: healthcare clinics, insurers and brokers, internet providers, collection agencies, education and customer support teams.
