**What do you like best about IPBase?**

I like the idea of what IPBase should do.  The problem is that the web interface is not easy to use. The API does not implement into what we are using it for.  When the site works, it works, but when it is stlow forget it.  It does work in retrieving ip coordinates.  I will give it that.  As for customer service Ihave reached out muliple tims with no responses.

**What do you dislike about IPBase?**

The main issue with the system is that it is really slow.  Even when logging in it takes forever you to log into your ipbase.com account.  I currently work on Fiber and should not have any speed or connection issues.  The system should be easy to use but this slowness is what makes it difficult to access functions and features. There is no ease of implementing.

**What problems is IPBase solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It was supposed to improve and increase the function of our api's and sdk through integration.   So far the only benefit we are getting is the extensive documentation benefit, The slowness is really an issue.

Layer 3 dynamic routing, alongside support for layer 2 stafic routes.

**What do you dislike about IPBase?**

Implementation could have been bit more easy!
Could have been little more user frendly.
