Number 1, their product just works - in all the foundational ways you need. 2) They are responsive easy to work with, they make it easy to implement and provide great service. It is highly customizable with plenty of settings to cater to most business needs, such as authorization vs capture, prepayments, convenience fees, and clearing account configurations.
