**What do you like best about iPayments?**

One of the our biggest frustrations used to be customer saying they never got the invoice we emailed. With iPayments transparent system. We can actually see when an invoice has been opened and viewed. So the old it must have been lost in cyberspace, excuse to delay payment really doesn’t hold up anymore. That visibility alone has made a huge difference for us.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

Honestly, I can’t think of a real downside. I’d have to make something up just to fill in this section. iPayments really doesn’t hold what it says it will do and thats easy much it and simple and straighforward.

**What problems is iPayments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The iPayments has made it possible for ua to offer transportation services to customers who don’t have credit terms. Getting pre payment for shipments is now fast and easy. Because everything is transparent and automated, with notification going out right away, we can even arrange same day pickups. Its stramlined the whole process and made things move a lot faster on our end.

IPayment is a brilliant and wide payment gateway, which handles diverse financial services including recurring billing, ACH processing, invoice processing among others
IPayment is intentional in successful integrations, more so with CRM, inventory solutions, among others to streamline business operations 
The dashboard for iPayment is seamless, allowing merchants to easily monitor transactions and get accurate reports even through their mobile devices 
IPayment has outstanding fraud protection, something that protects customers and businesses from risks of theft

Ipayment has issues with contracts, where it demands a multi year agreement and when one want to cancel it, some penalties applies
The tool has some extra charges that needs to be shared to the public for easy budgeting

IPayment is efficient in allowing businesses to accept digital payments smoothly and this makes businesses run globally without having issues

The software is an intelligent payment tool that enables smooth transaction processing, secure integration, and efficient payment management for businesses worldwide. iPayment feels like an ideal platform because it provides end-to-end migration services that support stable transitions with less risk. Also, the platform is trusted for its deep payment ecosystem expertise. I would highly recommend for sure!!!

Sincerely, I haven’t encountered any drawbacks that would make me discard the platform. I really appreciate how it transforms manual payment processing by improving efficiency, accuracy, and reliability, while also significantly minimizing operational errors.

**What do you like best about iPayments?**

iPayments helped me simplify processes that honestly used to be way more manual than they needed to be. I had been handling payments across different systems and spreadsheets, and it was exhausting trying to keep everything aligned. Now I can review all transactions at the end of the day in one place, which makes daily closing much faster. I wouldn’t call it spectacular, but it’s definitely practical. What I value most is the platform’s stability. In all the time I’ve used it, I honestly don’t remember any outages or critical errors affecting operations. For me, with a payment system, reliability matters way more than having a thousand extra features. The learning curve was shorter than I expected too. In a couple of days I was already working comfortably without needing endless tutorials.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

If there’s something I’d improve, it would probably be the visual experience. It could feel a bit more modern. It doesn’t affect how it works at all, but sometimes the interface doesn’t give you that “up-to-date” vibe people expect from tools nowadays.

In my team, we implemented it to organize collections management, which used to be pretty scattered. Reconciliations would get delayed because we depended too much on manual checks. With iPayments, we managed to bring order and achieve something simple but really valuable: clarity. Knowing exactly what’s been processed, what’s pending, and what’s still outstanding removed a lot of operational uncertainty. I clearly remember month-end reviews that used to take hours going through records. With the platform, that process became way more straightforward and, honestly, much less stressful for everyone.

**What do you like best about iPayments?**

We started using it because we needed to centralize collections and bring some order to all the customer flow and reporting. What I liked right away is that it doesn’t complicate your life. The interface is pretty straightforward, and in just a few days we were handling it without issues. One thing I really appreciate is the visibility it gives you on transactions. Before, I had to jump between different systems just to confirm one payment. Now everything’s in one dashboard, and that honestly saves me real time. I also like that it’s not a rigid platform. It adapts pretty well to how we work instead of forcing us to change all our processes.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

I haven’t had any serious problems with it, but I’ll say this: sometimes you need a minute to understand the “logic” behind certain functions because they’re not always super intuitive at first. It’s more like you learn how the system works instead of everything being obvious right away.

A good example of how it helped us was with recurring payments. We used to manage that with spreadsheets and manual follow-ups, which was honestly exhausting. iPayments has been a very reliable tool for our payment processing and it has been very helpful in my area of work as it includes the creation and sending of professional invoices. It has automated features that make all billing process very smooth and efficient. The way its dashboard provides all transactions details is incredible and it was easy to integrate with our ERP which gives us ease to report on financials efficiently.

I have not had any problems with iPayments so far it had everything I needed and adequately meets our needs as a business.

iPayments gives us so much flexibility in how we can accept and process payments and its been a seamless way to keep payment records. Being able to take card payments increased our sales and the options to send invoices is very useful as well in ensuring we receive timely payments.

I’ve never had an issue with iPayments where I’ve felt dissatisfied with the service.

iPayments brings great convenience of accepting payments and creating invoices anytime and it has the easiest interface to reconcile all transactions. It accepts all major credit cards and it has good integration with our accounting software so we can easily categorize payments as they occur and offers great features like transaction reports.

The stability and seamless integration with Business Central are the biggest strengths. It works reliably in the background without creating administrative headaches. Over the years, the product has clearly improved — the updates have made it much more refined and dependable compared to earlier versions. Our admin team hasn’t experienced issues, and the implementation and daily use have been straightforward. It’s a solid, stable solution that integrates well with Business Central and makes credit card processing simple for our team.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

In earlier versions there were occasional issues, but those have largely been addressed through updates. At this point, there isn’t anything significant that stands out as a downside for us. Continued improvements and feature enhancements are always welcome, but overall it has been a stable and reliable system.

**What problems is iPayments solving and how is that benefiting you?**

iPayments solves the challenge of processing credit card payments directly inside Business Central without creating double entry or reconciliation issues. Before having a tightly integrated solution, payment processing could create extra administrative steps, manual tracking, and potential errors.

With iPayments integrated into our ERP, payments flow directly through Accounts Receivable, reducing admin time and improving accuracy. It streamlines collections, speeds up cash flow, and gives our team confidence that transactions are properly recorded inside Business Central. Overall, it simplifies payment processing while keeping everything centralized in our ERP system.

Currently, there is no option to generate a detailed aging report that shows each open invoice for every customer individually.  It would be incredibly beneficial to have this feature, as it would provide greater visibility into outstanding balances. Additionally, the ability to personalize the customer details would be a valuable enhancement.  For example, having the sales representative’s name displayed in the detail box would significantly improve our ability to track and manage customer accounts more efficiently.

What I like the most about iPayments is it allows us to accept client payments by credit cards and provides very good invoice management tools. The multi-currency supports ensures we receive payments from international customers quickly. The automatic matching of receipts with transactions makes cash flow reporting quick and straightforward.

Nothing that I dislike. iPayments is great for accepting payments and provides all the functionality that I need.

iPayments accepts all major credit cards and made customer payments to our company easy. The monthly reports it provides are very useful to reconcile payments. It has a very smooth workflow to handle monthly repetitive transactions and maintaining a payment history so we can easily generate financial reports.

iPayments has powerful invoicing features that allow us to create invoices and share them with ease. It also offers us financial reports that keep us up to speed with our financial performances. It tremendously helps process payments, match transactions to receipts and the 2FA support has been so efficient at keeping our financial data safe.

Honestly, all that could have gone right with iPayments has gone right leaving me with nothing to dislike about it at all.

Some of the unique features I like about iPayments include its ability to integrate with our ERP system and the statement pay option where the cards on file are run automatically on a pre-determined date each month. The information we receive for reconciliation is clear and the reporting system reconciles very nicely with our bank account reconciliation each month.

Nothing much I would change at this time although your setup process may take some time depending on the system integration.

Now our credit card processing is integrated with our accounting program and it made it very easy to process payments from new clients. It offers automated invoicing, credit card transaction recording and managing receivables.

iPayments is how smoothly it integrates with Microsoft Dynamics 365 business central. Once set up, payments, reconciliation, and reporting all happen in one place, which saves a lot of time and iSolutions team is also very easy to work with a genuinely listen to feedback, which makes the relationship feel more a like partnership than just a agreement.

I have no any issue face, new features requests can take time to roll out, but communication around timelines been clear.

iPayments removes the complexity of managing outside of our error ERP. By keeping everything embedded in business central, it reduces errors, speeds up transactions, and helps us deliver a more professional payments experience to customers.

**What do you like best about iPayments?**

The platform successfully credit card collects payments and automatically pays out into the bank account at regular intervals. I like how it creates a customer data base storing information securely. The platform integrates well with our ERP system and is very reliable for recurring transactions.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

There are fees associated with the transactions but I have experienced no bugs or issues with the transaction volumes we have.

We have been able to collect payments easily and it has allowed our clients to make payments with their credit cards. Keeping track of payments and invoices is very simple and effective and it has been great for sending receipts to clients instantly.

The customer portal and digital payment options make things easier and cut down on simple payments from customer.Its ease of sending and receiving payments along the way it integrates with multiple platfrom. Makes it really versatitle tool and  From a sales point of view it’s helpful to fastest see whether an invoice has paid without having jumped between different systems.

Few features needed more configuration than antictipatef, which eneded up slowing down adoption for team.

IPayments sloving manual payment tracking and follow ups. It has not gully removed account receivalbe work, but it does not make payment status easier to see and has helped make cash flow a bit more consistent.

The ERP integration has been very seamless, and it’s saved us a lot of manual data entry. The system feels intuitive, so our team didn’t face a steep learning curve and was able to start processing daily transactions quickly.

The initial setup took a bit longer than we anticipated, and the reporting interface feels a little dated. It works perfectly fine, but a more modern dashboard would make navigating historical data easier.

It has completely automated our credit card processing within Accounts Receivable. We no longer need to jump between systems to reconcile payments, which has significantly reduced human error and helped speed up our month-end close.

I love that it integrates directly with my CRM system (Business Central) and that it's completely in the cloud. It allows customers to securely enter their payment info without worrying about data leaks.

**What do you dislike about iPayments?**

The lack of advanced customization, such as allowing the use of 2 cards within one transaction. Instead, I have to have the customer put 2 cards on file, and then I have to manually charge each one for the right amount.

I appreciate how simple it was to add to our checkout process and the eye catching feature for me is the clear management of each transaction and the invoicing features to send invoices directly to the customer email. It has been the most reliable tool for accepting credit card payments on our site, during events and for any other revenue stream.

iPayments has been the most seamless of the players out there and we have almost never run into a bug.

It processes online payments through our website and transfers payments to our business bank account making handling payments for all our products streamlined and efficient.

Timely and accurate payments processing, easy to use dashboard and rapid posting of payments to the business account make this platform a strong all-in-one payment system. The analytics and reporting tools are very helpful for tracking sales and we get notifications about every purchase.

I have no dislikes with regard to any aspect of their service offering and no feature that negatively affects the way it operates.

iSolutions checks the box on everything you want in a software partner. Number 1, their product just works - in all the foundational ways you need. 2) They are responsive easy to work with, they make it easy to implement and provide great service. In my years of working in software the biggest frustrations I hear are when you can't get ahold of someone to help you out. That is never an issue with iSolutions. Not only are they there for you, but they are pleasant about it!

Another huge win for iSolutions is their proactive initiatives to continually make enhancements to their product based on first-hand client feedback.

Currently it is built specifically for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central users. So you it is relevant only for those that use that software. Though that might change in the future.

What I like best about iPayments is how seamlessly their Microsoft Dynamics integration works and how committed they are to partner success. The integration is straightforward to set up, and once it’s running, it feels like a natural extension of Dynamics, no clunky workarounds or manual processes. This saves time for both me and my merchants, allowing us to focus on growth instead of admin work. 

On top of that, the iPayments team is incredibly responsive and proactive. They don’t just provide a solution, they provide a partnership, making sure we have everything we need to win and retain clients.

I honestly haven’t experienced any negatives working with iPayments. If I had to mention one thing, it’s that they’re an extremely busy team with a lot of requests coming their way, but that’s also a sign of how in-demand and trusted they are. **What do you like best about iPayments?**

iPayments is easy to use and great for processing payments in Business Central. It has many helpful features, like automated collections management, secure tokenized credit card storage, and streamlined returns processing.

It is highly customizable with plenty of settings to cater to most business needs, such as authorization vs capture, prepayments, convenience fees, and clearing account configurations. Our customer experience has also improved thanks to the online payment portal that allows customers to select and pay invoices on their own.

The customer support has been responsive and knowledgeable. Implementation was a breeze with the iPayments team's help.

It's a game changer for any Business Central users still processing payments manually, and has become an integral part of our collections workflow. We use it every day and have integrated it with our B2B webstore as well.

No complaints, although we would love to see EFT support for Canada in the future.

Later, when we needed to pivot, iPayments had already developed upgrades we could seamlessly transition into. iPayments made us feel understood, beyond what we thought we knew we needed.

when core platform updates are delivered, iPayments isn't always on top of compatibility requirements. I feel this is more a MS issue, but worth noting.

No need for separate application step for payments directly tied to ERP transactions. The product itself is very easy to implement and the support team is responsive in the event you need them for a configuration change, new process or leveraging a new feature. Being able to manage collections on transactions that aren't prepaid is a huge bonus as well.

I can't think of any major downsides. From a new client perspective, I could see how all the features can be overwhelming, but that's not really a dislike, more an advisory for new clients to ask the iPayments team for direction if feeling overwhelmed.
