"Seamless Digital Onboarding with Robust Features"
5/5
What do you like best about iPass?

I appreciate iPass for its seamless integration with our banking system, which allows for an efficient digital onboarding process. It helps us secure our digital onboarding and quickly identify accuracy, ultimately increasing account completion rates for our digital customers. I find the automated global ID verification feature particularly useful, as it enables our customers to use banking services from anywhere. The biometric face matching is another feature I value, providing additional security and a smooth, quick experience for new customers. iPass has become a cornerstone for our digital banking strategy by giving us security and helping us meet strict regulations. What do you dislike about iPass?

I find the biometric steps challenging, especially as they require multiple attempts if the customer's lighting conditions are poor. This inconvenience could be improved with a built-in lighting guide to make the process smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Keeping Compliance Strong and Fraudsters Out with iPass AML"
5/5
What do you like best about iPass?

The coverage and accuracy stand out the most. iPass AML checks against constantly updated global PEP, OFAC, and FATF sanctions lists in real time. The risk scoring is especially useful—it helps us quickly see which alerts need immediate action versus those that are likely false positives. The batch screening function also makes onboarding large corporate clients much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iPass?

The dashboard is functional, but it could use more customizable reporting templates. Right now, we still export data to Excel for certain internal audits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Transforms Paper-Heavy Medical Workflows into Quick Digital Processes"
5/5
What do you like best about iPass?

iPass OCR has cut down hours of manual data entry for our team. We process hundreds of patient intake forms, insurance claims, and lab reports every day. With OCR, we simply scan or upload them, and the system reads everything — names, dates, diagnoses — with impressive accuracy. It even handles messy handwriting from doctors better than any tool we’ve tried before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iPass?

The system works great, but we’d like to see more medical-specific data templates so we don’t have to create as many custom fields. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Optimizes OCR with Seamless Integration and Security"
5/5
What do you like best about iPass?

I appreciate how iPass significantly reduces manual data entry and human errors, especially with scanned forms and ID documents. The accuracy is impressive, even with blurry photos, and it efficiently extracts key information. The integration into our mobile app streamlines the verification process, speeding it up considerably. Additionally, I find its optimization, and ability to accurately scan documents valuable, contributing to fewer corrections and mistakes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iPass?

I find the mobile app onboarding process really difficult, which was a significant challenge in the beginning. There’s limited visibility into OCR performance metrics over time. We’d love to see a dashboard that shows trends like error rates, failed extractions, or common formatting issues. That would help our QA team track improvements and identify edge cases. "Easy and Reliable Way to Know Who Our Users Really Are"
5/5
What do you like best about iPass?

iPass makes it really easy to check who people are when they sign up. It looks at their ID and their face to make sure it’s a real person, and it does it super fast. We didn’t need to change anything big on our side — it just worked with our current system. Our customers like how fast and simple it is, and so do we. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iPass?

Sometimes, if someone’s photo isn’t clear, the system takes a bit longer. But it still works and always keeps things safe. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We use iPass OCR to extract clauses, party names, and key deadlines from thousands of scanned contracts. Minor hiccups with watermark heavy scans, but the support team was responsive and helped us configure thresholds.
