If someone is on staff, they answer you directly. If not, within 24 hours you will have a THOROUGH response. For my last inquiry, they created a video, JUST FOR ME, to walk me through the issue I was having. It was more than I asked for and SO appreciated! **What do you dislike about iPaper?** I honestly cannot think of anything that I dislike about it. It's easy to use and there's always help a click away if you need it. Not once have I ever been told that they can't do something or figure something out. The only issue I've ever had is that I can't change the name of a document without changing the URL. Now, that may just be how the internet works, and not something they have control over. It might be for the better, but it isn't a big issue. I do recall in the past that we were in need of a new partner because iPaper was not ADA compliant, or was unable to be, something along those lines, but that was over a year ago and I haven't heard boo about it since, so iPaper must have fixed this issue. **What problems is iPaper solving and how is that benefiting you?** iPaper gives us a central place to store all of our external sales enablement pieces. We're able to gather valuable usage statistics including heatmaps to know that we are on the right track and if assets marketing is spending the time on creating are being used by sales or not.
