The application adopts a different approach to manage , monitor and shape the user traffic. It also has a better user Interface and there by providing a great user experience. The Ipanema SD is pretty good in providing an excellent customer experience. The technical help desk addresses our queries swiftly and it also has a vast community audience. **What do you dislike about Ipanema SD-WAN?** The application had solved many of our problems. However, it can still work on enhancing the below mentioned pointers. 1. The cloud orchestrator is coming up with a pretty obselete user interface. They need to revisit the architecture on order to gain more user friendly experience 2. QoE dashboards - the dashboards needs more functionality such as integrating with power BI or any other external BI tools to create interactive dashboards. **Recommendations to others considering Ipanema SD-WAN:** Refer the community pages before buying this product **What problems is Ipanema SD-WAN solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps us in giving a better service in a lower cost.
