Overall, the user interface was decent but extremely awkward and you it doesn't let you customize too many things. **What do you dislike about iPage?** I want the ability to customize everything, but it doesn't let you unless you pay more. Also, moving an object around throws every other object on your page out of place. **What problems is iPage solving and how is that benefiting you?** When we used it, it solved the issues of not having a website. It's good if you're just getting started in web design or need a website that isn't terribly intuitive. ### 2. It has a very easy website builder tool. Was easy to learn and train others on how to update our website. Sales is very willing to help you with most matters. **What do you dislike about iPage?** They have upgraded some of their services like ShopSIte and Weebly, Now our store has been offline for over a week. While they know this and say they are working on the issue. Its still costing us 100's of orders. They seem to having a major issue with their Shopsite and its costing us money. They are very poor on communicating when they have a site wide issue like this one.
