What do you like best about IPinfo?

IPinfo's ability to provide me comprehensive IP-level data straight into real business intelligence appeals most to me. Identification of B2B traffic is much aided by the geolocation, company attribution, and ASN data. Particularly when combined with technologies like Slack or HubSpot, it fits quite nicely within my routines. Although I have used similar tools, IPinfo's accuracy and speed in resolving IPs to companies surpass others, particularly in cases where we wish to know anonymous web activity without depending on forms. What do you dislike about IPinfo?

When an IP resolves to a major internet service provider or mobile network—those don't supply any significant insights and they still count against our quota—that mostly irritates me. More filtering choices to automatically eliminate ISPs or trash traffic would also help. And even if the API is strong, a more user-friendly dashboard for less technical staff members would be much appreciated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is IPinfo solving and how is that benefiting you?

Finding anonymous traffic and linking it to businesses is something that conventional web analytics just cannot handle and it is the main challenge IPinfo is addressing for me. Also seeing a visit from a Fortune 500 business, for instance, lets us immediately notify the sales team and give outreach top priority before rivals do. And while developing a lead scoring system, IPinfo offers us overall more freedom and raw data access than alternatives like Visitor Queue or Leadfeeder, which is rather important.
