When an IP resolves to a major internet service provider or mobile network—those don't supply any significant insights and they still count against our quota—that mostly irritates me. More filtering choices to automatically eliminate ISPs or trash traffic would also help. At first, I was interested in IPinfo because it looked simple to me and was easy to use and the features were also complete and useful without making things complicated and there were also no financial questions asked during the test. Overall it was great that the community and staff responded quickly and were willing to help and the site's specialized information in many languages has made it much easier to understand technical information that was previously disorganized. IP information can take a few weeks to update, but that is really not a problem.

I had used IP2Location before and also tried out many free APIs before IPinfo, but none of them were as good as accurate or as orderly as IPinfo. What really shocked me was how easy it was to add new data to my datasets without going through complex setups or wrong data and especially considering I had no idea many VPNs and proxies were sneaking past my previous firewalls before switching platforms and for this reason, it's privacy detection features really caught my attention.
