When it comes to working with most hosting accounts, there is usually going to be a time when we run into problems that are either related to our website files or the configuration of items in our hosting account or DNS manager. IONOS blocked my user account for no reason, I wanted to log in to my account and it had everything blocked, I could not receive or send email from the IONOS platform, databases without access, they told me that I had to phone technical support but without support in Spanish, email support is slow and I cannot solve my problem, you have to evaluate this problem.

I like that 1&1 is a fairly large company that has a pretty big support staff and many different servers for its customers to use. I think the 1&1 account portal is simple enough to use and gives us control over many of the common hosting management activities involved with our accounts. Some of the renewal prices go up quite a bit after the first term on items. I also don't really like how 1&1 automatically renews products by default. I remember when some of our product renewals were coming up, we got an email notice with the new pricing and I was so surprised at how high the prices were compared to when we registered them. Email is what I like most, when hiring a domain I have email service to use immediately, sent and receive email from the IONOS webmail, all very easy and fast, to not always open IONOS I use a synchronization program email, so I have everything synchronized on the PC, just put the IMAP / SMTP address and voila.

IONOS works perfectly, but I would like to be able to decide how to pay for each service, for example, I have several domains contracted and I would like to pay each one for a different TDC, have an option to add several payment methods and decide where to pay each of them.

During my whole life, I have been using multiple Host Services when I see this change on 1&1 I got scared because I really love it as is and was a little bit worried about the migration process or the possible of losing information, who knows what could happen!.

Nowadays I'm still surprised because all my data stay untouchable, the service not only changes his face the performance improves, the attention it's even better, competitive prices and the reliable service to which you were accustomed.

This is not a dislike as could sound, I have a little issue with an email overquoted and I have to pay an additional amount to get more space, up to this point all right but my credit card expires and the charge of the email additional space didn't pass and all the account was blocked even the regular email current in payment.
