IONOS engages in deceptive and predatory business practices in terms of transparency for cancellation and billing. They have billed me for things that I didn't request or sign up for, and when I found another provider, they billed me for another year, because they didn't send out a renewal notice, nor did they indicate that contract cancellation was required.
