I like how simple the program is. In my role, the QDC feature is used most commonly; everything about the program is laid out in a very easy-to-understand way that users can pick up quickly, which is very useful to me when teaching my colleagues how to use the program. It also helps that several online resources are available on iObeya's resource center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My main gripe with the program is that it has a bit of trouble scaling up with several rooms across a large organization like Sanofi. Sometimes thumbnails don't update quickly, and bugs pop up requiring a page refresh. That said, I know the team is working on it, and I have seen some of my previous issues fixed in 2023. Weather monitoring KPIs on dashboards, tracking actions and tasks or showing operational progesss and risks, iObeya enables high transparency and efficiency of all relevant information. Some users missing the possibility of versioning or archiving content. At the moment boards can be exported and saved on a drive as a backup.
