Distributed management of visual management rituals between our different sites. Cleaner than paper boards or those from there.

It is hard to talk about issues but using stand up meeting and being around board helps a lot and promote solutions

We like the virtual room and the ease to create boards and use them.

We cannot to modify the kanban board columns after its creation

We have more and more mixt teams (remote work and not remote work), with iObeya, we can work with both in visual management spaces. We can continue Lean transformation with digital obeya.

This tool has major functionalities needed for teams to kickstart especially teams going Agile /SAFe way. Most importantly, iObeya team is gathering all the feedback to add more capabilities / improvise the existing functionalities. Tool is evolving for the good.
I look forward to an easy registration process for registering my participants to the room as an enhancement. And capability to use it instantly for all my meetings / brainstorming sessions without going through participant registration.
What problems is iObeya solving and how is that benefiting you?
1.Convert Classroom training to Virtual Training : This was the need when we lost an opportunity to meet people F2F in 2020. I use iObeya for all my trainings (Agile & SAFe). It has helped us convert Classroom trainings to virtual trainings. Virtual trainings were quite a challenge initially. I used 3 tools to setup my training exercises and games. But with iObeya, my life is simplified. iObeya is very easy to setup and easy to learn by new participants. SAFe trainings have many simulation exercise like PI planning, Problem Solving ,Retrospection .And iObeya is quite equipped to run them. This makes learning quite an engaging and fruitful experience.
2. After training when teams started their journey on Agile /SAFe , needed real tool to engage teams from different geographies to plan together and collaborate on regular basis. iObeya helped us making teams effective and continue business. Today Our teams who started with trainings have continued with iObeya for real SAFe events in their programs. Most importantly integration of iObeya with Jira and DevOps is very valuable for SAFe teams to plan visually and integrate their planning outcome with Jira/DevOps.
