What do you dislike about Inxeption?

Pick ups have been a problem, sometimes I have to wait a couple of days because the carrier doesnt make it on time to the warehouse. Also, I was not told about the waiting time included on the LTL shipments. I hope they change it to 1 hour at least per pick up and delivery Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The User Interface could use some improvement and simplification. Several parts of what we do seem like they could be made simpler and faster. That being said, we don't use much of the platform to its full potential. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The website looks clean and easy for customers to navigate. The integration with the live chat is need. Easy for us to look up order and customer information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The accounting sides of things are terrible. We will most likely be looking to leave soon if the invoicing side of things does not improve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
