What do you like best about Quartex Governance, Risk and Compliance?

INX InForm has many great features in one platform to manage all the obligations of a business which provides the communication across the various stake holders in one single platform, It has very Good interface where it is very easy to use, and doesnot require any training to use the software, and the Implementation of all the obligations in the software is very easy, Also the Product has very great customer support when ever required. The INX InForm solves many business problems in managing the obligations , like the product provides one platform to centralise all the obligations, and manage them. The product has features like creating and managing of the tenements and their information, and the financial commitments of the tenements, Users can record the situations, history and communcations across stakeholder to engage across the topics, It also has features like creating managing and assigning the recurring tasks, with alerts and escalations when ever required. The UI is really good and intuitive. I'm easily able to access various attributes on the application as and when required. It allows customization to meet the requirements of the team and organisation. Using this software a specific task can be assigned to a particular person while the status is tracked to a different stakeholder all within the same application. Customer service can be improved to a great extent which requires following the escalation matrix every time the customer raises an issue with the software. * User Friendly Interface - The UI is really good and easy to access. I'm easily able to access the things

What do you like best about Quartex Governance, Risk and Compliance?

In the past 8/9 years, INX InControl has significantly evolved and made a positive impact on our business. It has been consistently praised during audits of our management systems by our Clients, Regulators, and 3rd Party assessors. However, the full implementation of the system took longer than anticipated, mainly due to limited interest and involvement from senior management - an internal issue that we are actively addressing. While the system is capable of delivering results, it requires dedicated drivers and champions at all levels to fully utilize its potential.

It's have some -

1. The integration of events into a Risk Register is a complex process that requires strict discipline for successful implementation.

2. In comparison to other systems currently available on the market, Performance Dashboard(s) may have certain limitations.

3. The cost structure for adding extra modules, as well as maintenance support services, is making our product less attractive to customers who are considering alternative systems.

4. The cost of additional modules poses a significant barrier for potential customers.

5. The presentation of standard reports may not be aesthetically appealing, which may impact their effectiveness in conveying information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is useful for me as it has a number of key features such as:

A centralised obligation and condition registry.

Clear and track stakeholder communications.

Reporting and dashboarding features.

In situations smaller organizations, with compliance and reporting requirements may find some of the features and capabilities of INX InForm to be unnecessary. This could make the software overly complicated, expensive, and infrequently utilized. When introducing a software platform there is often a need for an adjustment period. If your organization's culture or team members are resistant to change or find it challenging to adopt the system it may result in difficulties, during implementation.
