Invoreg AI takes the typing out of bookkeeping. Supplier invoices arrive by email, upload or phone photo. The AI reads the header and every line, with the VAT on each, in about 37 seconds, and proposes account codes from that company's history. Anything it isn't sure about is flagged, and duplicates are caught before they are booked. A person checks the result, in about 11 seconds on average, and one click registers the bill in the accounting software, with the original attached and new suppliers or products created on the way. Bank statements, even PDFs and scans, are read the same way and each payment is matched to the invoices it settles. Accounting firms run every client company from one queue, with approvals, comments and role permissions. Documents are processed in the European Union and never used to train models. Pricing is prepaid credits, from €0.33 per document, and the first 20 invoices are free.
