Invoicetrack, by Springtime Technologies, is an enterprise AP automation platform for large, multi-entity organizations. It handles invoices from any source, matching PO and non-PO invoices against purchase orders, contracts and policy with fraud and compliance checks applied throughout, before routing to straight-through approval, tax accounting and finally posting to the ERP. The AI learns from a customer's own invoice history and every human correction, applying its own decisions as auditable, policy-bound logic as opposed to opaque automation decisions. Invoicetrack's embedded analytics engine turns the AP data into process intelligence with drill-down to individual invoice and line-item level, showing both what is happening in AP as well as where to improve next.
