InvoiceStars is review-request software for B2B service businesses that bill in QuickBooks Online. When a customer pays an invoice in full, InvoiceStars sends that customer a short request to leave a Google review. Deposits and partial payments do not trigger a request. The QuickBooks Online integration is native: owners connect with Intuit sign-in (OAuth), and QuickBooks webhooks tell InvoiceStars when a payment arrives. No Zapier or manual exports are needed. Requests go out 2 days after payment by default, and owners can set the delay anywhere from 0 to 30 days. Each customer gets at most one request in 90 days, so frequent invoices do not cause repeat asks. Because B2B invoices often go to finance, InvoiceStars skips ap@ and billing@ style inboxes and asks the contact on the customer record. Each request gets one reminder at most. An optional approval mode holds every request until the owner approves it. Requests are sent by email, with SMS coming after US carrier registration. InvoiceStars asks every paying customer and offers no incentives, in line with Google's review policies. A free Review Score checker is coming soon. It will compare a business's Google rating and review count with the top three nearby businesses in its category. InvoiceStars is built for print and embroidery shops, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, landscaping, cleaning, auto repair and agencies. Pricing is $25 per month per location with a 14-day free trial and no setup fee.
