Invoices Tracker is a free invoicing app for freelancers, consultants and small service businesses who want to send professional invoices, track their time and get paid without paying a monthly fee for the basics. Create unlimited invoices and unlimited clients. Each invoice can use one of 5 PDF designs with your own accent color and watermark, and you can preview the PDF before you email it straight to your client from the app. Billing for time is built in. Start a timer against a client or project, then turn the tracked hours into invoice line items, so nothing billable slips through. For larger jobs, send an estimate first. When the client accepts, convert it into an invoice, including a deposit invoice and a balance invoice. For retainers and repeat work, set up recurring invoices that send themselves on schedule. Getting paid on time is where most freelancers lose money, so Invoices Tracker follows up for you. Automatic payment reminders go out on a set schedule after the due date, and you can apply late fees per client. Clients get a simple portal where they can view the invoice, see your payment instructions and mark it as paid. It works for international clients too: 36 currencies, per-line VAT/GST, EU reverse-charge, and e-signatures that can be typed, drawn or uploaded. A dashboard shows what's outstanding, a cash flow forecast shows what's coming in, and you can export invoices and estimates to CSV at any time. Invoices Tracker runs in the browser and can be installed on your phone or desktop as an app. It is free to use, with no credit card required. There are also free tools that work without an account: an invoice generator, a receipt generator, a freelance rate calculator, a late fee calculator and a self-employment tax calculator.
