**What do you like best about Invoices for Salesforce?**

There is invoice templates in Salesforce Classic that allows for an individual to just choose which one they like. Otherwise, businesses are able to customize if they wanted.  It is very easy to edit the invoice to include appropriate information including logo. Also you can add products that easily label what is invoiced so there is no confusion.

**What do you dislike about Invoices for Salesforce?**

I don't understand the "Opportunity" tab or how that is relevant to my work. I don't touch it at all. I am unsure of what it would help with.

**What problems is Invoices for Salesforce solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of having sponsorships unpaid for or pledged donations not committed. We realized the benefits of having an easy template already set up for our business and we just have to input the information.
