The application makes the process much quicker!! **What do you dislike about InvoicePDF?** I wish there was a way to encrypt the data so that customers’ information was a bit more protected. I also notice some occasional glitches in the server resulting in a failure of file transferring. **What problems is InvoicePDF solving and how is that benefiting you?** It’s so much easier and cheaper to use than other major invoice applications so although there are occasional glitches, it’s cheaper and easier to use. Even there are some advantages to provide the invoice data as PDF 1. Printing and dispatching cost can be reduced. 2. Once billing completed, PDF transfer will be quicker from remote server to customer server than a Paper invoice. 3. Customer can search the particular transaction/data easily when invoice is a PDF 4. Invoice need to be highly protected while transferring to customer location 2. There are chances of file transfer failures, so ensure to monitor always. 3.
