Freight and logistics is one supported audience. Upload digital or scanned PDFs and phone photos, or forward them to an email-in address. IPP extracts the header fields and every line item without vendor templates or a training phase, then checks the arithmetic: each line's quantity times unit price, the lines against the subtotal, the tax against its printed rate, and subtotal plus tax against the total. A mismatch is flagged with the invoice's own numbers. Every field shows High, Medium or Low confidence; possible duplicates are flagged for a person to decide and are never deleted automatically; supplier statements are flagged rather than treated as bills. Review each bill beside the original page and approve it. On paid plans, approved bills are pushed to QuickBooks Online, Xero or Zoho Books. Nothing is pushed without an approval, and editing a money field on an approved bill withdraws the approval. Excel exports contain every line item; CSV exports contain one row per invoice. Clients are folders inside one workspace, each with its own email-in address, with one accounting connection per provider. Pricing: Free includes 25 invoices a month and one user, with line items. Starter is $79/month (200 invoices, 3 users); Team is $249/month (1,000 invoices, unlimited users, multi-step approvals); Scale is $599/month (5,000 invoices, REST API access). Annual billing saves 20%. Every account starts with a 14-day trial of 50 invoices, no card required. A no-signup tool at invoiceparserpro.com/invoice-to-excel converts up to three invoices a day. IPP also works inside AI assistants: a hosted MCP server lets Claude, ChatGPT (developer mode) and Cursor turn an invoice into a spreadsheet or check whether it adds up. In IPP's own production run on 3 October 2026, 174 of 181 synthetic invoices had every key header field correct, and all five deliberately inconsistent totals were flagged.
