InvoiceLead is invoicing and bookkeeping for small businesses in the US, the UK, Germany, France and Switzerland. Each invoice follows your country's rules: sales tax and Letter paper in the US, VAT in the UK, GiroCode with XRechnung or ZUGFeRD in Germany, Factur-X in France, the SIX QR-bill in Switzerland. Accepted quotes become invoices in one click; overdue invoices get three reminder levels with fees and interest. Photograph a receipt and AI reads amount, date, tax and supplier. Supplier bills are paid with a pain.001 file, and camt.053 bank statements are matched to invoices. Double-entry books, balance sheet and income statement are included; on Pro, the tax return of your country is prepared (sales tax, MTD, UStVA, CA3, Swiss VAT).
