It's easy to set up and implement. Easy to train anyone under you to use and become efficient with getting estimates out promptly. I use Invoiced.com in conjunction with Jotform. Jotform I use to get the information I need for Invoiced.com. Copy and paste. It use to take over an hour to get an estimate out to the customer. Now once I get the Jotform information, I seamlessly copy and past the potential customer information into the Invoiced.com estimate. I now can do an estimate in about 5 minutes max. Quite honestly, it's just more expensive than it should be. Now, that's subjective (obviously). But we don't use the chasing features much + we don't have a ton of subscribers — we do however serve fewer clients at higher prices. So, yeah — I'd say the downside is cost. In the past, the most annoying thing about invoiced was the cost for a basic account. Now that the monthly fee has been reduced to $15, it's a no brainer. Couldn't change headed title on estimates to quote very easily. I Changed it but then it didn't show up on the finished print out. Sometimes the numbering system changes to 0001 to 1 and changes from time to time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It keeps my branding and gives me a good overview of what is owed. I also like that I can see my dashboard of what is owed and the length of time it's been owed. Nothing really, it does what it says it will do. I wanted something simple to send invoices, get notified if people are seeing the invoices and pay the invoices. That's exactly what it does. If I had one thing to change, it would be that the method of payment is turned off UNTIL I turn it on. I recently received a rather large PayPal deposit because I'd inadvertently left on the invoice how I'd like to get paid. I would have preferred a bank transfer in this instance. When listing item information in an invoice, I would like more options on styling and formatting. Also, I would like some options to make some information on the invoices more prevalent to a client, such as date and amount, through styling.

One other thing I dislike is when I receive a bunch of emails at the beginning of a pay period. Yes, I can easily delete the emails, but I would like it if it was just 1 email showing me which payments were successful, 1 email on the failed payments, and 1 email on the pending payments.
