## About Invoiced
Invoiced by Flywire is an AI-native accounts receivable and invoice-to-cash automation platform designed to help B2B finance teams automate billing, collections, payment processing, and cash reconciliation. Built for mid-market and enterprise businesses managing high-volume receivables, Invoiced eliminates manual A/R work so finance teams can scale operations without adding proportional headcount. Acquired by Flywire (NASDAQ: FLYW) in 2024, Invoiced combines accounts receivable software, AI-powered automation, integrated payment processing, and deep ERP integrations into a single connected platform. Unlike point solutions or freelance invoicing tools, Invoiced is purpose-built for complex B2B finance operations where invoice volume is high, payment methods are diverse, and reconciliation is time-consuming. Core Capabilities & Features: -Automated Collections Workflows — Customizable dunning sequences, payment reminders, and escalation rules that trigger based on payment status and customer behavior, reducing manual follow-up work -AI-Powered Cash Application — CashMatch AI automates payment matching and reconciliation to invoices, even with incomplete remittance data, minimizing exceptions and month-end reconciliation time -Subscription & Recurring Billing — Supports usage-based, recurring, and hybrid billing models with automated invoice generation, proration, and customer billing portals -Global Payment Processing — Accepts 1,200+ payment methods across 140+ currencies with automatic FX handling, enabling domestic and cross-border collections without adding banking complexity -Deep ERP Integrations — Native connectors to NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce, and others ensure real-time data sync and eliminate duplicate data entry Finance teams use Invoiced to accelerate cash collection, reduce days sales outstanding (DSO), and regain visibility into the full receivables lifecycle. The platform eliminates data silos between AR, payments, and ERP systems by automating payment reconciliation and posting. Routine manual tasks—invoice delivery, payment chasing, cash matching, exception handling—are shifted to AI-driven workflows, freeing finance professionals to focus on strategy, forecasting, and relationship management rather than execution. The platform is particularly valuable for organizations scaling transaction volume without scaling headcount, companies operating internationally with multi-currency and multi-payment-method requirements, and finance teams struggling with legacy systems that lack automation and integration. Invoiced serves mid-market and enterprise finance teams across industries including SaaS, healthcare, education, financial services, insurance, professional services, staffing, and nonprofits. Thousands of global customers rely on Invoiced to process billions in receivables annually, and the platform is recognized as a category leader in A/R automation.

## Invoiced Reviews
 ### 1. Best Invoicing Platform to Get Paid Immediately

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zeke D. | CEO / Digital Marketing Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 21, 2020

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like that when a client signs up we can set everything to be on Auto Pay. When an invoice goes out each month to them we automatically can run their payment and send them a receipt. I also like the automation where it can remind users that a payment is coming up in 3 days so that they have a heads up that their payment will be coming up.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

There are times we need to change the data a payment for a subscription comes out and we can't adjust it forward and then back again. This makes it so the client is basically getting that extra time on their subscription for free.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Consider this product if you dont want to have to send out invoices each month and like the ability to have everything set on autopay!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We dont have to chase down clients to get paid. Everything is auto paid!

 ### 2. Great Client Payment Portal and Invoice Management

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcell A. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 12, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I have several favorites including how easy it was to move to INVOICED. The integration with our accounting system was quick and seamless. We were ready to send invoices in a short amount of time.

The amount of automation you utilize is totally up to you. You can put it on auto-pilot or be more hands-on. Options are important so we are not locked into processes that don't align with our business.

Our clients have options as well for payment methods, auto-payments, or more hands-on payments to fit their payment processes.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Personally, I don't dislike any part of INVOICED. Anytime I have reached out to Support, the response time has been same day, there has been resolution, and they are always professional and friendly.

On my wishlist would be more AR Support utilizing historical data at the client level. There is visibility at the invoice level. For example when an invoice was sent, viewed and paid, and AVG number of days to pay.

On the plus side, clients do have a historical view in their individual portals of invoices issued and paid

At the client level, I use INVOICED as a secondary source of information for AR Management. For AR management at the company level, I utilize INVOICED's dashboard that provides key metrics and bubbles up the top 4 or 5 highest dollar amount outstanding invoices.

Hopefully, I haven't overlooked my wishlist features in INVOICED. Continually, features are improved and new features are added.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

First and foremost, we want our clients to have a secure, accurate, and easy billing experience.

INVOICED has provided customizable automation and support to our billing team to accomplish that priority.

 ### 3. One stop shop for all A/R? Let’s see!

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Clint B. | E, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Good user interface.
Quality support
Chasing is great but gets annoying if a check is in the mail.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Some missing features
Some features that don't always makes sense - like turn off email sending and the login portal is broken! Weird right.

Also, QuickBooks synce is great but if you need to make edits to an invoice in QBO get ready to have emails being sent left and right.

The reporting still leaves much to be desired. So when you have outstanding invoices you can see what is outstanding - makes sense. But when a person is on a payment plan or has set up a subscription, you can see what that recurring revenue is in Invoiced.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

We believe invoiced to be one of the better products in the A/R software market. They are a growing company and many users will push the creativity limits of the app. I recommend them especially if you are invoicing. This is a much better process that QBO. Much cleaner.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We need to be able to invoice other businesses as well as have payment plans for customers. So we are b2b and b2c which pushes invoiced to their limits. We are inproving our customer experience but there is a lot more that could be done especially for $500/month.

 ### 4. Small Business Made Simple

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shelby L. | Information Technology Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I established and currently operate my own website design company. Invoiced has helped me grow my business to service many clients who all have different billing structures. Some of my clients are just starting in the development phase and looking to learn how to run the website I build them, while others would like me to develop and maintain their site. These needs of my clients require me to utilize a tool that produces professional and prompt invoices. Invoiced is that tool. What I find most helpful about Invoiced is the platform's ease of use and the ability to customize each invoice to suit your needs. The upsides of Invoiced are plugging in the information you need displayed and being able to download perfect invoices ready to send out to my clients.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

In today's world, a simple task can quickly turn into a hassle. Something as simple as making an invoice should be easy, right? The "Do it yourself" approach results in spending way too much time messing with the formatting of tables and text just to generate one invoice. With the ease of use of Invoiced, I really cannot think of anything I do not like about the platform. There isn't anything I find to be least helpful about Invoiced.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

The advice I have for those looking at utilizing Invoiced for their business is to give it a try and assess how much it benefits your business needs. You will not be disappointed with the time and money you save because of this great platform!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The business problems that Invoiced is helping me solve are spending too much time manually generating different invoices for my clients and hiring someone to do that for me. With Invoiced, I can quickly insert the necessary information and get the invoices I need. Because of this, I can routinely send many invoices and receive income promptly. Invoiced helps my business flow.

 ### 5. The best invoice system for my needs!!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ben R. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

It is simple to use and setup, in fact, I started first by using the free version, but due to how intuitive and brilliant it is, it wasn’t long till I became a subscriber. I had been scared of using an invoicing system as I had no idea how to manage one, but Invoiced.com has completely allowed me use one so easily. I've now been using it for years and I can see how much I've earned and how long it has taken to receive payments

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Nothing. I do not have any issues with the system at all. I like everything about it. I can access it from wherever, whenever. After all this time, there continues to be nothing I dislike. They have in fact added more options for me for payment. Honestly, I love this software.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Give it a go as it’s free. You will soon fall in love with how awesome it is and then subscribe to it

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am solving being able to to chase up due payments in a formal and professional way. The system sends an email out to my customers at my request. That means that my customers get a friendly reminder about overdue payment from invoiced. It’s genius!

 ### 6. Great for straightforward business cases

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Caitlyn G. | Director, Applications, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Having a platform that clients can access is really beneficial, and being able to automate sending is a great time saver. The ability for clients to ask questions is also very helpful.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Our use case is complicated, and had that been acknowledged to set realistic expectations, as opposed to saying they were no big deal.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Being able to invoice a large quantity of clients with a very small team.

 ### 7. Invoiced has been a great platform, very user friendly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Matthew O. | Account Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 12, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I enjoy the fact that it provides an accurate representation of the weekly and daily output.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

There is not much to dislike, and as there is very little that comes to mind here, I have nothing to say.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

None at all

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are solving the problem of being able to quickly bill clients. The benefits are that it is fast and efficient.

 ### 8. Happy developer

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The docs, while not complete for every single use case, are easily navigated and concrete. There are some hidden features, but support has always been helpful in finding those.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I would want even more things in the docs; for example, the different types of webhook events are not documented at all and require some trial and error to sort out.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

For me, as a developer, Invoiced has helped me take care of the bulk of what our collection agents want to do, and I can focus on using the data that's relevant for me.

 ### 9. Organization at its best

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I love been able to track my clients invoices in one spot. Before I was very ororganized, not know who paid and who had. Now, I know exactly when a client pays and can complete the transaction in a timely mannor.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

They only thing that I don't like is that I cannot delete an invoice on my own. I have to go through the home office to get that done.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to stay organized with invoiced. Since planning has taken off in my practice, I now know who's paid and who hasn't in real time.

 ### 10. Horrible customer service, small team, constant bugs

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jeff M. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Easy to use interface, generally easy eco

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

constant bugs, horrible customer service, noticeably tiny team

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The ability to easily create Subscriptions/Invoices for our Customers is key to our growth. We realized how essential integrations are, and invoiced.com is great at that.

 ### 11. Really excellent invoicing and payment pipeline

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adeline C. | Developer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Different billing currencies and payment instructions for different clients

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Very little, this is a great tool. Sometimes the UI is a little difficult to figure out.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I had a different invoice format almost every time I invoiced someone. This is far more consistent and makes repeat invoicing fast and just a few clicks long.

 ### 12. The best platform for entrepreneurs

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Marcel B. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The UX is unique, and it is straightforward for an entrepreneur that has to wear all the hats. I use the invoice and account receivables.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The price is a little high, but it is worth it. Everything works properly.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main problem is the chasing for payments. The chasing solution has helped me reduce my accounts receivables.

 ### 13. struggles to support custom implementation even after offering to pay for custom support

**Rating:** 1.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Keenan B. | Product Manager - Death Audit, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 13, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

customer portal and payment portal with CC storage

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

they dont support intacct integrations well. its one size fits all with invoiced.com When you integration with a powerful software you need options.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

it works awesome, but confirm your 3rd party integrations are supported 1st.

customer payment storage is the most useful along with chasing.

 ### 14. Seamless

I dislike that it isn't white labeled with my company... it feels like I have to go to different places to accomplish billing.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows me to be removed from the awkwardness of billing and calling for payments

 ### 15. Can billing be fun? Maybe!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** J.P. V. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 11, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Between AutoPay and Subscriptions, Invoiced allows you to put billing on autopilot. Integrate with your payment processor (Stripe, Authorize.net, even Intuit Payments), let your clients enter their information in a security-compliant way, and watch your invoices get paid on time.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

We signed up several years ago when the cost was much lower, it would be a harder sell on the current pricing model, though still likely worth it.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our bad debt rate dropped significantly with AutoPay. As a services company, getting paid consistently and on time is crucial for cash flow and predictability. Our average days to pay is under 5, and that includes new clients. As a result we can comfortably forecast upcoming months and rarely have to chase clients for owed monies.

 ### 16. A/R Simplified

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced.com makes it simple to invoice our clients and to use features like chasing to make sure that they are reminded of any outstanding balances. It has streamlined our processes and reduced administrative overhead.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

There's not much to dislike about Invoiced.com, but if I had to name something, it would be the pricing structure. It would be nice to obtain non-profit pricing.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a huge time savings to bill in our various programs. We are solving an administrative nightmare to make sure everyone is invoiced timely and accurately.

 ### 17. Easy to get in and get out with what I need!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

It saves me time! Prior to having this software, I would have to ask our finance team to check on payments or to resend invoices. Now I can just get in and get what I need without bothering another team member.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I have not found an issue that I could say I dislike. The functions that I do, seem to give me what I need to do my job!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It comes back to saving time! Not just for me, but my colleagues as well as my customers.

 ### 18. Simple Statistics and User-friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

My favorite parts of the system are being able to track gross & net revenues, track outstanding invoices, and the automated emails to complete the invoices.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I wish it was easier to resend an invoice without creating a new link. If there was a one-click button for resending the original invoice, that would be ideal.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our previous invoice system was flawed. Clients had to call an 800 number to pay their fees and now it's as easy as entering bank information and payment is processed days faster.

 ### 19. Convenient and easy to use, but filters to Spam regularly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I appreciate how convenient it is for both parties and how easy it is to view and recall pertinent information.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Invoices are frequently marked as "spam" through various email providers. If there was anything they could do to change that, it would become a more helpful tool. We often have to tell clients to check their spam each time we send out an invoice.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced has relieved an administrative burden by allowing us to automate the payment of financial planning fees and easily track outstanding payments.

 ### 20. Easy way to Invoice clients but could use improvements

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alex N. | Photographer lead, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like being able to see all my invoices on one platform. Another great feature is that it allows you to see how many days the invoice has been unpaid.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The price! I have the basic verison and it cost extra to attach you ACH information or have clients pay directly.
I also have issues with the interface at times. Its not exactly user friendly.
Another thing I would like to see them improve upon is invoice previews. I hate that I have to download the invoice just to view it.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

If youre looking for something less than $15 a month, look elsewhere.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I am able to keep track of my invoices and see who is paying in a timely manner.

 ### 21. Easy To Use!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like the platform's ease of use and its intuitive functionality. There's a minimal learning curve required!

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I don't have any dislikes! With Invoiced, I have everything I need to fulfill the financial inquiries I'm looking for in my role.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With Invoiced, I can inquire about the financial status of my clients without having to go through another department to find an answer. Invoiced has given me the ability to be more efficient in my work and less disruptive to our financial team!

 ### 22. reviewing invoiced

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Mental Health Care | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

the fast and easy way of sending of invoices

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

tedious and difficult way to upload spreadsheets - we have to configure them out on our end specifically so that name is in one column and unnecessary columns are deleted - we also have to upload multiple times - this is all difficult because invoiced is not connected to our emr software.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

i wish it connected to our EMR software

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

making sure we have no duplicate dates of service and continuously re-uploading spreadsheets

 ### 23. Invoiced has been a terrific solution for my needs as a small business owner.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Travis H. | Owner/CEO, Marketing and Advertising, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 20, 2018

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

User friendliness. Automation. Professional look. Email integration.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Honestly? Nothing! I love Invoiced! Nothing missing. It all works fine!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced in many ways takes the place of a hired admin assistant! The invoices are automated, easy to use, easy to track and very professional.

 ### 24. User Friendly

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dragan K. | Customer Success Manager - SaaS, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like the transparency of the platform and how easy it is to manage clients.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I would like to see more versatile templates for emailing clients and a more mangeable tracking table

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my book of business through the prism of billing

 ### 25. Invoiced makes creating, issuing, and ultimately collecting invoices a breeze

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Entertainment | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 16, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced includes many features to automate invoice creation and collection. Its integration with exiwsting payment providers make the customer experience professional looking and payments extremely easy.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Invoiced is an expensive option for anyone looking for a simpler feature set. They offer cheaper plans for small businesses but these aren't listed on their website and can only be purchased by contacting support.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Invoiced offers a turn-key solution for small businesses wanting to keep their cash flow organized and their billing automated. Integrations with stripe and other systems allow for accepting credit card payments right through a professional-looking digital invoice. My only hesitation with invoiced is the price, which is high for a small business, but there appear to be other cheaper payment plans available if you contact Invoiced Support.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has fully automated my subscription billing but is still flexible for any one-off invoices I need to issue to customers. I've integrated the Invoiced API into my website to easily associate the status of invoices to paid services I provide.

 ### 26. Brilliantly simple and functional timesaver!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chris G. | O, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Quick to send invoices for IT work done. I'm a one person show and this solves my time problem. I'm done using spreadsheets. I now am making 10-20% more now that I'm not forgetting to invoice. Works great for me on whatever pc I'm using. Haven't used it on mobile devices at all however. Price is right. Let's you know once your customer has viewed the invoice.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Can't think of anything. Would be nice if there was a companion app to track time, but I just do that manually.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Set up common jobs to save data entry time

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tracking receipt of payments, tracking work done, billing customers via email without having to open up outlook.

 ### 27. Easy to use with great features, especially if you have multiple clients.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Goods | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 13, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like that Invoiced keeps the look and feel of my invoices consistent. It's easy to duplicate past invoices for repeat services. Also, it helps keep track of payments and reminders (again, useful for people with multiple clients).

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I accidentally made two accounts and I didn't know about them but was getting charged for both.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Send occasional check-in emails regarding services. I didn't even know I was getting billed twice when I didn't even use the other account.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Because I am able to save invoices in my drafts, I make them well ahead of time and just adjust services if necessary. This hs ensured that my invoices go out on time, and I get paid as soon as I issue them.

 ### 28. Simplest way to invoice

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Alyssa G. | Administrator Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 05, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Saving all your customers information in one place and being able to duplicate invoices

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

There are no downsides to Invoiced. Everything is great.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Look no further for the simplest invoicing software for your company!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The problems we are solving are time efficiency.

 ### 29. Simple and effective

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick C. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I enjoy the ease in which I can create a new customer and invoice them within seconds of creating their customer profile.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

When receiving payment there should be a few more options to document the payment received. One example would be "venmo."

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

If you are looking for a simple yet effective invoicing system, Invoiced is an excellent solution.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced helps me to track payments owed by my invoice only clients (ones I don't have individual contracts with) so I can be sure I have sent an invoice for payment and document when it is received, in the past I was doing this with excel spreadsheets, and it was a lot harder to track.

 ### 30. this is very useful app. Love it!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The simplicity of making invoices, managing clients and payments. Very userfriendly. and it is very powerful, but I use not so many features of Invoices. This app saves tons of my time on accounting

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I can not see anything which annoys me. Thanks for your developers

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

generating invoices, sending invoices, reminders of payments, receiving the payments. Internal analytics, export to excel, etc

 ### 31. Game changer for my small business

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Roselin B. | Software Development Engineer in Test, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 15, 2019

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I like how easy it is for
me to create and send invoices. I can generate reports from a click of a button. User Interface is nice ans clean and invoices look professional.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I don't dislike per say, but a suggestion would be maybe have the option to change colors.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a small business and invoices has helped me keep track of orders. I love the reports that you can generate to view specific sales which has made it a lot easier for me to view stats. It has also given my small business a professional look. When customers receive an invoice that looks official they know they are dealing with a professional business.

 ### 32. Great invoicing system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Financial Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced has a great UI for your internal users. The dashboards, views, and navigation are intuitive, and it integrates very well with Salesforce CRM. Invoiced also has great UI for external users - our customers easily pay their invoices and navigate through prompts. Invoiced's mobile app API is also great - easy to install (if you're a mobile software developer) for both iOS and Android. We also appreciate that there is a development version of the Invoiced environment for development testing. And Invoiced's mobile UI/UX is very streamlined and easy to follow.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The external integrations list is a little limited - if you don't see your desired external service in the Invoiced "integrations settings", you'll need to get yourself a Zapier account to bridge the gap.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced allows us to utilize a streamlined, intuitive invoicing system out-of-the-box. We don't need to natively develop our invoicing system because of Invoiced, which saves a lot of development time and costs.

 ### 33. Review of Invoiced.com

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Medical Practice | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

For the most part, very user friendly and easy to send invoices via email and mail.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

It's very inconvenient that to send the paid invoices, invoiced.com only allows the option of an "all or none" deal to send to customers, automatically.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

ask lots of questions on usage. find tutorials, if none available, ask invoiced.com for tutorial videos for all aspects you need to use

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

easy to pull up customers with open invoices and send them

 ### 34. A complete invoicing solution that helps me get paid on time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Rahul R. | Freelancer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I work as a freelancer and used to track invoices in an excel sheet. As the number of assignments kept growing, I had to invest several minutes a day, looking at my spreadsheet and tracking dues.

Invoiced has a brilliant set of invoice templates that can be customized to suit your needs. It also allows me to enable customers to make payments in whatever mode suits them. The monthly earnings widget helps me keep track of my money and saves me a lot of time during taxes. It also keeps me motivated.

Invoiced has many other features that I use every day e.g., automated payment reminders, customer interactions, etc. which allow me to focus more on my work and less on invoices. I strongly recommend Invoiced to freelancers that are looking for a comprehensive invoicing solution.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

I would love to have a mobile app with the same set of features as on the web application.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

My customers are able to pay me quickly. With Invoiced integration, my customers can pay me the way they feel comfortable.

 ### 35. Probably the only invoicing software you'll ever need!

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shomari M. | President, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 20, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

We've been using Invoiced.com for a little over two years. Invoiced.com is easy to configure, has an excellent user experience, is easily customizable, and has great reporting features. The ability to create subscriptions that include different plans is what sold me on the service. I also like that at any time, I can add line items to future recurring invoices. I've looked at a lot of other solutions and they were either too expensive or required significant onboarding time to get started. With Invoiced.com, I was able to sign up, import customers, sync to my accounting software, set up subscriptions, and begin sending invoices. Customers find the interface very easy to use to add their credit card and enable automatic payments.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The only thing missing is the ability to schedule one off invoices. It would also be helpful to edit subscriptions rather than cancel and recreate.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Compare Invoiced.com with other invoicing and subscription billing solutions. There are few that can match the feature set.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoiced.com helps us collect for services in a timely manner. We run a services business with some customers on recurring monthly billing. Each customer can sign up for different services (subscriptions) and can be billed at different times. We can even send recurring invoices early to give customers a headstart on processing payments. Invoiced.com can send an invoice to multiple people within an organization and send follow-up reminders as many times as we like. We can also track when invoices and estimates are viewed. Invoiced.com syncs with Xero so Invoices are automatically and payments are automatically synced.

 ### 36. Decent Concept, Horrendous Execution

**Rating:** 0.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Dana T. | Chief Operating Officer and Product Owner, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 18, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

When we first started using Invoiced, it worked pretty well. We noticed some minor bugs, and the software had some quirks that didn't bother us much. Most of the features were useful and functional until their product release in October 2020.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Everything was working fairly well until October 2020. Invoiced rolled out an update to their Quickbooks Online connector and broke the planet. Instantly, the software began reporting hundreds of reconciliation errors. The Invoiced support team acted as though we were the only client experiencing these issues and assured us that the problems would be corrected quickly. Two and a half months later, we were still experiencing the same problems, and continued finding new problems caused by their software update. We had six different open support tickets to address various significant issues that were affecting our business negatively. Our clients were not being billed as expected or were not being charged at all, the software began unexpectedly injecting new SKU's within Quickbooks, and parts of their product no longer worked. We reached out to a few other companies that were also using invoiced.com and learned that they were experiencing the EXACT issues that we were experiencing!

Then came the fix. One would think that we would have been notified that an update was forthcoming since we had an open ticket and had been living with these problems for months! Nope. We logged in one day and learned that they injected hundreds of journal entries into our accounting system that were wrong and misstated our financials. It took us 20+ hours to correct this mistake.

As of the date of this review, we are still experiencing many of these issues.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

After experiencing so many problems while working with Invoiced, I would not recommend anyone utilizing their services.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were using Invoiced to handle our invoice dunning, automated recurring billings, and subscription sign-up links.

 ### 37. It's great for Indies and freelancers

**Rating:** 3.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Graphic Design | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The interface is my favorite feature, and it's affordable

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

You can't customize the design of invoices, and you can't have multiple business profiles in one for the same price. At least I haven't figured it out.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Taxing features and ease of adding more users and profiles

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use it to keep records of client payments, estimating taxes, and studying the growth of my business.

 ### 38. The best invoicing application

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Automotive | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The best feature I would say is the option for the customers to check their own profile and settle their balance due.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

At the moment we dont have any. Everything is working for us.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

This is best software

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Setting up recurring invoice is also one of the best feature and it saves a lot of time.

 ### 39. Have used for years!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Chandra P. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

I love the easy interface. It makes the most sense to me and it's easy to add clients and keep all of the information in one place. Plus you can accept many forms of payment so it's convenient for the customers.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

When customers pay, It takes the funds a long time to transfer.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

It's the simplest and most comprehensive invoicing service I've used!

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It takes absolutely no time to fill out and send an invoice and as a business owner I don't have a lot of free time as it is.

 ### 40. Works Pretty, Pretty, Good... but not Flawlessly (could use some product / reporting maturity)

**Rating:** 3.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Quick to implement; integration to Sage Intacct works pretty well (though it breaks sometimes... but quick to fix); easy to understand UI and dashboard

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The Dashboard and Reporting can be improved to align with GAAP accounting; e-mail templates are easy/elementary (which means easy to set up), but not super functional (i.e. can't add attachments)

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

Worth it for an organization with a small enough number of customers where you can review each invoice before distribution; I would be cautious about implementing Invoiced for a high velocity / new logo organization.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Invoiced to automate parts of our invoiving service (SaaS contracts are automatically synched from our General Ledger); AR Chasing schedules are automated and work well; Invoiced provides a plug-in with our payments provider, so that we can decrease AR balance

 ### 41. Super Easy to Set Up - Instant Value

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Zach B. | Corporate Controller, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 05, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Ease of Set up. Customer experience is much improved with a professional, white-labeled customer payment portal. Very easy to introduce payment flexibility with easy, to plug in integrations with all the major payment gateways/ processors.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The bank feed for payment application has been a bit of challenge to get working as intended.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

I've had a great experience with the Invoiced. It was very easy to set up and we got almost instant value at a very fair price point. It saves us time, extends the professional customer experience all the way through the invoicing process. I would definitely recommend.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

- White glove customer experience with sleek customer payment portal.
- Increased payment flexibility for our customers (especially mid market)
- Auto-chasing (which allows our team to focus on only higher risk follow ups)

 ### 42. Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Accounting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2022

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Invoiced is easy to navigate and quite user-friendly. Creating invoices is faster, which allows for productivity to increase.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

The only downfall for me is that it is hard to search for specific names that are located in the "comment" fields.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is much easier to download reports to obtain full outstanding balances for each account.

 ### 43. Clean easy to use invoicing tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ryan O. | VP of Operations and Finance, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 10, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

Sending invoices, late payment reminders with easy templates, and a clean user experience. Invoiced has an easy-to-use integration with Quickbooks Online. Support has been fast to help with any issues.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

Scheduling invoices to send via email could use some additional customization options to make the feature easier to use.

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

If it solves one critical pain point, it's worth getting. All the other features will just be icing.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More professional invoicing including a pdf and automated reminder emails for late payments. Fewer hours to create and maintain invoicing and quicker payment cycle.

 ### 44. Great platform, needs a couple of extra features

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Franco C. | Founder, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 17, 2021

**What do you like best about Invoiced?**

The UI is really clean and elegant. You can setup subscriptions for your customers or create one-off invoices. It integrates well with Quickbooks.

**What do you dislike about Invoiced?**

We use Estimates a lot, but the approval process is not strong enough (only initials are required). If you use Stripe, reconciliation in Quickbooks is a mess because of the Stripe fees (we had to add another tool).

**Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:**

If you are looking for a simple and cost-effective tool to automate billing, this is the one.

**What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Managing our clients' recurring billing and invoices.
