We still haven't accomplished our set out purpose for why we chose Invoiced. At the end of the day, things need to work (and a clean UX is a nice to have request). **What do you dislike about Invoiced?** We have spent months trying to Invoiced send in our invoices to our accounts in Salesforce. This simple step has made a very big difference for us. **What do you dislike about Invoiced?** It was challenging to set everything up properly at the beginning, but any good software requires some upfront configuration. Now that we're configured, it's great! **What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?** The only problems we've had are with the integration with Quickbooks. It would be helpful if Quickbooks could communicate with Invoiced so we didn't have to make changes in both spaces (especially when dealing with a credit or deleted invoice). The benefits have been more consistent payments from customers and a simple, consistent way of reminding them of their past-due invoices. Our past-due AR values have decreased by about 50% since starting with it. ### 35. Additionally, some of the help center articles are out of date or just inaccurate. **Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:** Updating the help center would be incredibly helpful. I have had to create outside documentation on Invoiced for my team because the help center is lacking. **What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?** Helps us easily invoice our clients. Being able to send a link for a quote to a customer, then having the customer approve the quote and getting notified makes it easy for follow-ups. I also enjoy the reminders that Invoiced.com gives me to make sure that all outstanding invoices get paid. **What do you dislike about Invoiced?** One downside that we experience with Invoiced.com at our company is that you can't set recurring billing up. The website is great for one-off invoices and payments, but our business structure also allows for recurring billing, which we have to use another billing platform for. I'd love to keep everything on one system. **Recommendations to others considering Invoiced:** Just go for it - I find invoiced.com to be easier to use and more customer-friendly than any other invoicing platform I've used thus far! **What problems is Invoiced solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having the customer "Approve" the quote is excellent and makes for good tracking/auditing purposes.
