Invoiceabill is a freelance business management platform that combines invoicing, quoting, time tracking, project management, client relationship management, leads tracking, expense tracking, retainer management, and payment collection into a single workspace. It is designed for solo freelancers, consultants, and small teams who need to manage their entire business without switching between multiple disconnected tools. Most freelancers use separate applications for invoicing, time tracking, client management, and expense tracking. Invoiceabill consolidates these functions so that data flows between them — tracked time converts into invoice line items, contacts link to projects and interaction history, and leads move through a pipeline from first contact to signed client. Key features include: Invoicing and quoting with per-line-item tax control, internal notes visible only to the user, and option-based quotes that let clients select from multiple pricing tiers Built-in time tracking with a floating timer that persists across browser tabs and links hours directly to projects and clients Client relationship management including interaction logging across phone, email, text, and social platforms, follow-up reminders, and personal detail tracking such as birthdays and anniversaries A leads pipeline with kanban and list views for tracking prospects from first contact through conversion Retainer tracking that logs work against a client's retainer balance, sends alerts when the balance is running low, and supports top-off requests Invoiceabill includes a Plain English toggle that allows users to switch the entire dashboard between professional accounting terminology and everyday language, or display both side by side. Users can also customize their dashboard layout, hide unused features and form fields, and set organization-level defaults for faster form completion. For teams, role-based permissions allow granular control over what each member can view, edit, or create. For tax preparation, a one-click export generates a CSV covering any date range. A salary estimator provides freelancers with a rough projection of owner pay based on their business entity type and current financials. Invoiceabill is available as a web application with plans starting at $6.99 per user per month.
