Invoice IQ by AlgoTech is AI accounts payable software for small and growing businesses. It turns supplier invoices into approved, paid bills without manual data entry, and keeps a complete audit trail of every step. Invoices arrive by upload, phone camera or a connected Gmail inbox, in PDF, PNG or JPG. Invoice IQ reads the header and every line item automatically, with no per-supplier templates, flags likely duplicates, and lets your team confirm the extracted values side by side with the original document. Each invoice is routed through your approval policy: a single review queue on AlgoTech Lite, or a four-stage chain (AP clerk, department manager, finance manager, treasurer) with value thresholds and department cost centres on the Enterprise Suite. Approvers can act on the web or in the Android app. Approved invoices are grouped into scheduled payment runs, with treasury release as a separate, recorded step and support for part payments. Invoice IQ connects to your organisation's ERP or accounting system, so approved invoices flow through as bills and payments are recorded without re-keying. Xero is supported out of the box, and integrations with other ERPs are built to your requirements. With Billing, the same account also sends sales invoices to your own customers: your numbering and tax rates, optional approval before sending, email delivery with a PDF and a secure view link, credit notes and payment tracking.
