What do you like best about Invoca?

The flexability of what's reportable! We have a very unique business model and oftentimes we have to make hefty modifications to tools to accomdate our business needs. Invoca has been designed knowing not all business models are the same and made capturing what matters to us we needed beyond easy. Admittedly, I was a bit overhwhelmed in the beginning at the idea of having to learn a new tool but that almost immediately went away as I began to see how useful this was. Now I ask myself, "how I did I do my job without it?" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Invoca?

This isn't really a downside or a dislike but because the tool is so different, learning the UI just takes time. My background is in ads and basically every ad platform (google, bing, facebook, etc) looks similair to the next so you can quickly get going on a new platform. Like I stated in that first box, I was just overwhelmed by the idea of adding another platform but our customer success team has been amazing and I was able to get useful on the platform very quickly.

At this stage, I can't think of anything else. I'm constantly learning new things with my customer success team and have yet to be told "Invoca can't do that" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Invoca's main benefits to our company right now is that it serves as a customer breadcrumb trail for us. We have a much better view of where our customers are coming from and where they went on the site prior to calling. It bridges a lot of information gaps that we've had for a long time and really allows us to start seeing what we're doing that works (and what we're doing that maybe doesn't.) What do you like best about Invoca?

My account manager is fantastic, and the customer service really makes integrating the products into our business processes seamless. This was really a very high selling point for me when searching for a solution and helped guide our final decision versus other competitors. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Invoca?

The transcriptions really need to be improved. Especially for my business, we are a niche industry with lots of industry specific language, and our customer base is from several different regions, so transcriptions are often inaccurate and leave a lot to be desired. Recommendations to others considering Invoca:

I considered several other solutions, and Dialogtech was able to compete with anyone based on price alone, and their customer service put them over the top. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

For decades, we had no way of knowing exactly how customers were finding us, spending hundreds of thousands on print ads and not being able to faithfully measure their impact and effectiveness. Inbound call tracking with Dialogtech changed that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Invoca?

Invoca's Conversation Analyics powered by AI allows for deep views into customer interactions using its machine learning technology. Invoca allows to track the calls, attribute the call conversions to the campaings that drive them and results in optimum use of ad dollars. We recently implemented Invoca's affiliate pay per call module - this allowed us to track our cost per call and cost per appointment metrics in real time from pay per call program which is a huge win for the team as previusly we had to wait 6 weeks to get the cost data. What do you dislike about Invoca?

Invoca script sometimes has a time delay, resulting in the phone number swap on the website being delayed by a few seconds. The user is occasionally able to see the number swap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Invoca solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing us to track our paid media call tracking and optimize the media campaigns. Its really allowing us to understand our media optimization efforts and efficiency for call conversions and the AI based signal with its high level of precision has made our call campaigns smarter. What do you like best about Invoca?

I've used Invoca for a while now for my client. They have a very knowledgable team and are very timely with their support. The platform itself is easy to navigate, and the reporting can be as detailed as you want. They work well with other vendors and ensure that implementation is easy. I use the platform a few times a week to review calls. I would highly recommend this platform to marketers, agencies, businesses, and anyone who wants to be able to track multiple channels and implement sophisticated phone call tracking, whether for paid, organic, social, or traditional advertising. What do you like best about Invoca?

The switch to Invoca has been great for our team! We have access to so much more data than we ever did and has made a great difference in our marketing efforts. What do you like best about Invoca?

Invoca has been a game-changer for our campaigns, I'm in the dashboard daily! Their call tracking is top-notch, and the support they offered during GA4 setup and conversion tracking was exceptional. The AI signals are a gem, giving us insights that truly shape our strategies. Seamless integration and customizable reporting add more value. My experience with Invoca has been very positive. However, I do think there is room for improvement by allowing more customization and filtering on the reports. Invoca allowed us to really link the calls from our campaigns, it showed which channel generated the quality leads, so we can monitor our calls more effectively and make optimizations quicker. What do you like best about Invoca?

Invoca is user-friendly, easy to use, and provides great service. We use Invoca to track calls and leverage call analytics to modify marketing projects, optimize our paid media spend and monitor our sales force performance. The AI features they have created are game changing for our analysts. The insights we are gathering are changing the way we do business and streamlining our marketing initiatives like never before. One problem we are solving the fall out issue of our leads when it comes to sales reps. We have also identified numerous techniques to change on our site to get the customer service calls down and the sales up. We also are using Invoca to optimize our ad spend and campaign conent.
