The flexability of what's reportable! We have a very unique business model and oftentimes we have to make hefty modifications to tools to accomdate our business needs. Invoca has been designed knowing not all business models are the same and made capturing what matters to us we needed beyond easy. Admittedly, I was a bit overhwhelmed in the beginning at the idea of having to learn a new tool but that almost immediately went away as I began to see how useful this was. This isn't really a downside or a dislike but because the tool is so different, learning the UI just takes time. My background is in ads and basically every ad platform (google, bing, facebook, etc) looks similair to the next so you can quickly get going on a new platform. Like I stated in that first box, I was just overwhelmed by the idea of adding another platform but our customer success team has been amazing and I was able to get useful on the platform very quickly.
At this stage, I can't think of anything else. I'm constantly learning new things with my customer success team and have yet to be told "Invoca can't do that" Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My account manager is fantastic, and the customer service really makes integrating the products into our business processes seamless. The transcriptions really need to be improved. Especially for my business, we are a niche industry with lots of industry specific language, and our customer base is from several different regions, so transcriptions are often inaccurate and leave a lot to be desired. Invoca's Conversation Analyics powered by AI allows for deep views into customer interactions using its machine learning technology. Invoca allows to track the calls, attribute the call conversions to the campaings that drive them and results in optimum use of ad dollars. We recently implemented Invoca's affiliate pay per call module - this allowed us to track our cost per call and cost per appointment metrics in real time from pay per call program which is a huge win for the team as previusly we had to wait 6 weeks to get the cost data. I've used Invoca for a while now for my client. They have a very knowledgable team and are very timely with their support. The platform itself is easy to navigate, and the reporting can be as detailed as you want. They work well with other vendors and ensure that implementation is easy. I use the platform a few times a week to review calls. I would highly recommend this platform to marketers, agencies, businesses, and anyone who wants to be able to track multiple channels and implement sophisticated phone call tracking, whether for paid, organic, social, or traditional advertising.
