It is designed to help you collect every photo, video, message, candid moment from your weddings, corporate events, and other celebrations. Instead of chasing down photos through text messages or settling for compressed images on social media, InvitePix turns every guest into your personal photographer with zero friction. How It Works: The host generates a custom QR code and places it on event tables or digital signage. Guests simply open their phone's camera, scan the code, and instantly upload photos and videos directly from their mobile browser. Why Event Planners & Hosts Choose InvitePix: No App QR Code Photo Sharing: Guests do not need to download an app, create an account, or remember a password. The entire experience happens instantly in their native web browser. Original Quality Uploads: Unlike WhatsApp or iMessage, InvitePix never compresses your memories. Every photo and video is collected and stored in full, high-resolution quality. Intelligent Retry System: Venues often have spotty Wi-Fi. Our system automatically pauses and resumes guest uploads as their connection fluctuates, ensuring no memory is lost to bad cell service. 100% Private & Secure: Your event is not social media. Galleries are closed, secure, and hidden from search engines. You maintain total control over who can view and download your photos and videos. Live Gallery Updates: Watch the gallery populate in real-time during the event, or display it for guests to enjoy together. No complicated upload windows: InvitePix believes you should have limits placed on a service you purchased. You can immediately begin uploading after purchase and continue uploading for the duration of your gallery. No complicated upload windows. One-Click Download: When the party is over, hosts can download the entire curated collection of guest photos and videos in a single, organized ZIP file. A Modern Alternative To: InvitePix replaces the need for expensive disposable cameras, which are costly to develop and often yield poor results. It also serves as a privacy-first, frictionless alternative to Google Photos or Apple Shared Albums, as it does not force guests to log into a specific ecosystem (like a Gmail or iCloud account) just to share a picture. Pricing: InvitePix is strictly a one-time purchase per event. There are absolutely no recurring subscriptions or hidden fees, with a free starter gallery and paid packages beginning at just $29.
