InviteJam is a digital invitation and RSVP management platform that helps businesses organise corporate events, manage guest lists and keep track of attendance. From team dinners and company Christmas parties to client receptions, launch events and away days, InviteJam brings invitations and guest responses together in one easy-to-use dashboard. Businesses can personalise an invitation template or upload their own branded design, including artwork created in Canva. Invitations can include company logos, colours and event details, creating a consistent experience for colleagues, clients and partners. Guests receive an invitation by email or through a shared link, open an animated envelope and RSVP directly in their browser, without downloading an app or creating an account. For HR teams, office managers, executive assistants and event organisers, InviteJam makes it easier to collect the information needed to plan an event. Custom RSVP questions capture meal choices, dietary requirements and other guest preferences. Responses stay connected to individual guests, while configurable guest-list columns and answer breakdowns help organisers see who is attending and what each person needs. Guest lists can be exported as CSV files for planning spreadsheets, venues and caterers. Event details can also be updated after invitations are sent, with changes appearing at the same invitation link. Paid options provide larger guest allowances, automatic RSVP reminders and removal of the InviteJam banner. InviteJam combines thoughtful invitation design with practical corporate event management tools, helping businesses spend less time chasing replies and more time bringing people together.
