What do you like best about InvestNext?

We interviewed 3 companies for this service, and InvestNext was the clear choice. After getting into the software, our choice was not only confirmed, but exceeded our expectations! What do you like best about InvestNext?

The platform is very effective at:

1. registering all potential investors and tracking their activity

2. Fundraising - great setup that is fully integrated that tracks the status of investors all the way from interest to soft commits with fully integrated docusign to track status of getting all documents signed.

3. Program Management - Easily send out distributions to all investors. Each investor can login and track their own returns.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

What do you like best about InvestNext?

The platform is easy to use and very comprehensive. Everything you can think about doing, it can do for you. I love the ability to create separate Co-Sponsor pages so individual branding can be accomplished. Well thought out. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InvestNext?

I like the integration aspect. I have a lot of other tools and CRM's that I use so this is a big help although I have not really delved into it that much but it is one of the things that made me sign up in the first place. I also like the capital raising features where I can manage fund transfers. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

I actually don't like that when I am on my phone I have to go to my browser and log into my account through there, I hope a mobile app will be developed to make things easier for when people like me are on the go and with how frequent I can use it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about InvestNext?

the dashboard is clean. i can also navigate multiple funds with a single log in. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

as an investor, i still cannot consolidate all different funds into one log in. i still need 2 ID. i cannot see the portfolio details.

as a fund manager, i wish i could download the LP information. some LP invests multiple times and some invest once. it is not easy to sort out those information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Regarding single sign-on, we do offer SSO when investing with multiple sponsors on InvestNext. Juggling credentials can be time-intensive, and we always want to make navigating across multiple investments as frictionless as possible.

What do you like best about InvestNext?

I like that it feels sophisticated. Its relatively straightforward what to dofor investors which is helpful for the old guys who don't do tech. 3rd party accrediation letter is nice. Like that it can do ACH on the site. The customer support is phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about InvestNext?

It wasn't really streamlined for 401Ks / retirement accounts. Its easy to make duplicate accounts on accident and our investors got confused because every field on our subscription booklet was required. We just didn't realize that it was set up this way. Long story short it is just a book learning curve to use and use properly. Not super easy to use at first. Felt like it made our raise harder this time around (being the 1st) but I'm sure it will be easier on the next now that we've gotten out the kinks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
